Shaler R.Was very professional and texted me what time he was going to be at my house and came on time. Mr Sherrill took care of the clogging issue through our main drain clean-out and explained in detail what the problem was and how he was addressing it. He cleaned up after completing the work and explained what we should do if we have the problem again before a plumber gets to the house. We were pleased with his work and felt the charge was fair considering how quickly he came and the fact it was a Saturday afternoon.
Amber J.Absolutely will never use this company again I don't care if my house was flooding. He was rude unprofessional screaming at his employees like they were garbage then got on the phone with what sounds like his wife screaming at her. He was falling asleep standing up on the Job it was a complete nightmare.
