I would never use this company again.

My house went unrented for 2 months and he would sit outside the house while potential renters would walk through the home. On top of this I checked the websites that our home was listed and found out they left out critical details about the home or had them wrong ( example: that we didn't accept pets when we did.) For two months it was like this. We missed the prime rental season. They offered no incentive or refund.

Do not use this team to rent your home. You will have nothing but problems.

Gary Lane and all of his colleagues were wonderful. As we were moving to Virginia from Florida we relied heavily on Gary to work with us on our tumultuous time frame limitations. He was patient and kind as he stayed in touch with us and helped us to find the lovely house in Norfolk.
