I called in 2 time within 4 years to have a sewer backed up cleared and the issue was fixed but only temporarily. It took 8 days to back up again. Company doesn't provide any warranty and they charge $200.00 for the service. I will be dealing with a different plumber from now on.

I had a leak from a second floor bathroom coming into our dining room this morning and had no clue what to do.

I spoke to Mike, the boss and even though they were pretty booked up today, he was able to free up one of his guys (Miles) and get him over within hours.

I can't say enough about the job Miles did. We were afraid that the shower pan was leaking or that a pipe had broken in the walls but Miles troubleshot the problem and found that it was just a bad wax seal on one of the toilets.

They were in and out in two hours at a VERY reasonable rate.

I will DEFINITELY call Proactive next time I have a plumbing issue (which I hope is never).

Had a backup of water into backyard. Suspected a clog in main line to the street. Called Proactive and Steve scheduled a time the next morning. That was great. His brother, Miles, showed up on time and started work. Very easy to work with. He did snake first after assessing the issue. Worked ok, but needed the hydro-cleaner. Called office and Steve came over with new truck. After about 45 minutes, the drain line was cleared to the street with silt and many root balls coming out. Definitely fairly priced, prompt , and hard working. Thanks to Miles and team my headache is gone. Highly recommend. Rich

Another shout out to Miles! Of course I get a leak the day before Thanksgiving and every other plumber is booked! I found these guys through Yelp. They had great reviews and those reviews were true to their word. Miles came out was friendly, respectful and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable having him in my home with my kids and I. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

Called and made an appointment for 10-12 the next day. Miles showed up at 9:52. He spent an hour at my house, replaced a shower head, fixed a leaking outdoor faucet, and provided consulting about replacing an old and failing kitchen faucet and dishwasher. Did not charge because he felt it wasn't much actual work. Miles is professional and knowledgeable, he's our plumber for life. Thank you!

They came out to our house early afternoon to confirm that we had a hot water slab leak. After a short lunch break, they returned and made the repairs by re-routing our hot water, we had hot showers that night! They are dedicated, friendly and very professional. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future. Additionally, they recommended Neglia Construction for the drywall repairs-I couldn't be happier with the quality of work on the drywall and texturing. This has been an all around positive experience!

Solved our problem (drain that wouldn't) and advised against two other issues I was worried about that would have kept them busy but, he said, ""If it was my house I wouldn't do it, and I'm a plumber!""

What's more, Miles was mentoring a young man who is working hard to become a licensed plumber. Said he needs to log 8000 hours of on-the-job work! When I pointed out the airlines hire pilots with 1500 hours logged, they were stunned.

Yup, I'll call them again when I need a plumber, you can be sure.
