I was in a real bind...had just purchased a new home and on the day of closing discovered a leak at our main water line to the house. The front yard had a green pond that wasn't supposed to be there. Even with the water off to the house, the meter kept running. We did a little digging and found a polybutylene (plastic pipe) connection had failed. I found Proactive here on Yelp and was saved! In less than an hour from my initial call, the problem was diagnosed, quoted and repaired! THANK YOU!!! I only wish we had taken a photo before putting the dirt back on the pipe. It was an impressive repair job!

I needed a toilet installed, so naturally I vonslted yelp and chose this company because of the many great reviews. I sent an email in the morning requesting service. Within a couple of hours I received an email back giving me a window for that day. Dave came out well within the window and installed with no fuss for the price quoted. Will definitely use again!

Needed a plumber for replacing a flush valve in a Kohler low flush toilet. In the past I had used ARS and Courtesy Plumbing but got tired of their high bids and marginal work. Basically they would come out, give a high bid and then I would say I am getting several more bids and they they would want to negotiate down. Instead of playing their game I call Proactive plumbing to try something new. From the moment I called the experience was better. I looked at the reviews on Yelp and called Mike. He was able to schedule me in the next day. A nice guy named David came out the next day on time and ready to go. He was very nice and quickly installed the flush valve which I had ordered before and had on hand. It took about 45 minutes to an hour and he charged me $125 for the install. Will definitely call Proactive first the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Mike is awesome. Tonight was the 2nd time we've had him help us on a Sunday and in the evening.Apparently that is when our plumbing products decide to stop working. I called Proactive Plumbing after reading the Yelp reviews of their service. I talked to Mike about my pipe lark outside my home and he came by ASAP. After much digging the pipe was located. Mike & his assistant repaired the leak timely, professionally & under the cost estimate--Yea!! Mike was very courteous & understanding--as I eas stressed-out about the pipe leak & the labor it took to find the pipe--it was located undue the gate fence post! Proactive Plumbing is so deserving of the five (5) STARS rating I give them. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber
