RDP engaged to attach sink components after new countertops and sink installed as part of kitchen remodel. Requested scheduling 2 weeks in advance. RDP showed up exactly on time and all items installed successfully and timely, with everything tested and working properly. Would definitely use their services again.

They installed a bathroom faucet and my husband questioned why one of the handles didn't sit flush on the counter. We scheduled for them to come back but they didn't show up and I haven't heard from them since. They obviously don't care about happy customers nor small jobs.

He does not finish the job or stand behind his work. There was a piece of pipe on our pellet boiler that needed to be attached, and he did not come back to finish the work. A year later our $7000 system (with a $3k install by RDP) wasn't working. We found out from a second plumber that the valve in our piping was facing the wrong direction! We had to hire someone else because RDP wouldn't even return our phone calls.

Purchasing a home we agreed that the seller repair or replace boiler. Seller found RDP water to repair. RDP Water applied high temp cement to an older boiler and offered no warranty or guarantee in repair as stated in his receipt. Repair failed in less than two months and carbon monoxide was leaking into the house. Tried contacting the company, and in my opinion they were very unprofessional. I hired a different company to install a whole new system who did a fantastic job with fantastic customer service. I recommend doing your research before hiring RDP, in my opinion I would not recommend them to anyone.

Don't expect them to call you back. I left messages on multiple days with their answering services that my heat wasn't working. They never even bothered to call me back.
