Our kitchen sink backed up in January and we had a leak in one of our main pipes. We called Gilbert, and his company came to fix everything. I wanted to wait before writing a review. We have not had any problems since then. They did a great job and their price was very fair!

So.. we had an emergency. Our Boiler was banging and every pipe in the house was rattling. Our sprinklers were going on n off. Water service company came to shut it off.. they said we would need a plumber. So we called around. No one was available.. so Pro Tech was the one that was able to come give us an estimate. ($475)Gilbert came was very friendly and knew right away what the issue was. The next morning one of his people came did the work, but was very unprofessional. ""Mario"" was his name. Was here for about 2.5 hrs. Or so.. did not clean up after himself.. left pipes around n metal scrap. I have 2 baby boys.. pretty dangerous to have stuff like that laying around. They replaced our main water valves and sprinkler valves. ($475)When he left i noticed water dripping all around the pipe.. so we called Gilbert said he'd get it taken care of first thing in the morning. No one knocked or rang the door bell to let us know they came. I just went out to turn on my sprinkler and noticed pipes around again n the water wasn't dripping. So i just figured they were here. But, i noticed a hissing sound that was never there even before our new pipes.. sooooo... we had to call them a 3x!!!! Wish us luck!!

They did come .. and finally resolved our problem.. we've been good ever since.. no problems at all!!! Ffeeew!

The drainage in our house is clogged. The first 2 plumbers we called were not able to unclog it and didn't know what was causing it. We then called Gilbert from Pro tech. He knew right away the problem, explained it to me clearly and fixed it. I will use his service in the future.

Gilbert set up the gas connections for our outdoor fireplace, barbecue and fire pit. He also plumbed the hot and cold for washing machine inside garage to an outdoor shower which he then installed. He framed cement with stepping stones as a pad for the shower.
Excellent work. Highly recommended.
