Very nice technician, horrible company, were quoted one price this morning, once job was completed, it more than doubled, without any forewarning, do not use, bad business practices.

Called to get a quote on replacing my kitchen faucet (it's a want, not a need). They wanted $109.00 to provide me with just a quote. That's just a quote?!?!? Can't imagine their prices to unscrew 2 screws from my faucet base and connect 2 snap-on water lines. If they wanted to charge $25-$40 okay, but $109. Passing on this company for this and any future needs.

Our air conditioner fan stopped running. We shut off system and called A/C company that originally installed unit to setup appointment. That company canceled the day before citing we lived too far away/high gas prices. Very disappointed. Did research and called Pro-Tech in Winter Garden. Rep scheduled appointment for next day and advised they were available 7 says a week which was a big relief with our work schedules. ( The other company was only open Monday thru Friday). Tech Jonathan Stewart arrived right at appointment time, checked out unit and provided us with next steps. He was very polite, very thorough and took time to answer questions and explain everything. We were so impressed we asked to enroll in service plan. Our unit has been running great ever since! We highly recommend Pro-Tech!

We replaced the 15 year old HVAC Water Heater today. Professional service from all technicians that were out today. Could t ask for better service from the planning visit until today's install. Pro-Tech will be my first call for any further services. I wish I got all the names for the install technicians. Each and everyone was excellent in their job and explaining all operations of each item.

Zac was extremly professional and pleasant. He kept us informed of the progress upon his arrival. He promptly repaired the condenser. Very happy to have my A/C working again!!! This is the second time I have had to call ProTech Air and very pleased both times, the previous time the motor was bad. It was replaced quickly. I highly recommend ProTech.

Alexis came in today from Pro-Tech AC to do my annual preventive maintenance on my Trane air conditioner. He did a great job, as all of their tech's do. Before I started using Pro-Tech, I had nothing but problems, and thought that Trane was a terrible brand, but since switching to Pro-Tech, everything always works. Some people say that """"Pro-Tech charges too much"""" - but I believe that you get what you pay for.
