The plumbing technician Jim was at my office for no more than 30 minutes to unclog a toilet. He was very nice and did his thing in less than thirty minutes. I received a bill for $350. This is their flat fee for a stoppage. I will call around next time and will not be calling them again.

Called pro team plumbing and told them I believe my vent pipe was plugged. Scheduled the repair for Friday. Dispatch called back and had to reverify my schedule and re take notes on the repair. I again stated what I believed to be the issue and why. Plumber called Friday morning and asked what the issue was as if no notes were taken. I stated I thought it was a plugged vent and why. Plumber stated the business would not let people on the roof and they would not be able to repair this issue. I cancelled the visit instead of having someone come out to diagnose an issue they wouldn't repair. I understand the company doesn't want to take that liability. But dispatch should have brought that up on Monday so I didn't waste a week waiting on what I thought would be reliable service.

This company is the worst of the worst. Their """"plumbers"""" are d-bags who have zero interest in fixing a problem, and have no problem trashing your home with their filthy boots. So, for example, these """"professionals"""" installed a shower drain with drywall screws which immediately rusted. Two warranty claims in, same situation. Pro-Team should re-brand to """"Clown-Team"""". They are useless. Stay away.
