We were out of state; a hot water line broke in our rental. AHS dispatched Pro Team Plumbing. They were prompt, efficient and professional. Every contact was satisfactory. Richard is easy to work with and he and his team were considerate of our tenants. In my experience, they earned a five star rating.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to. My water heater went out I had no hot water and My parents were visiting me the very next day for a whole week. I was in a huge bind and I called Pro Team Plumbing. A receptionist answered the phone and was very helpful and promised to get a plumber out to me within the hour. A plumber named Reggie came out, he was very professional and replaced my water heater within hour. I was so grateful and also their prices were very reasonable. I have already recommended them to a number of my family members.

Zero stars! Called 3 times and each time they didn't know they had already called then they no call/no showed for our appointment. It's rude and unprofessional.

No show, no apology, therefore 0 stars would be more appropriate. They did me dirty twice in one week. They are an American Home Shield Contract for plumbing and I needed a kitchen faucet repair. They WERE the only company rated more than 2 stars. After putting a call to American Home Shield I was supposed to get a call from this company but did not. I called them Wednesday and set an appointment. Plumber was supposed to come on Thursday between 11 am and 2 pm but simply didn""t show up. I Called that night to find out what happened-my wife and then son had taken off work to wait for him... Richard sounded stoned or confused and did not even remember my service complaint. No apology. I was silly enough to reschedule for a Saturday 8-10 am window. Called at 9 am Saturday to find out status. He again forgot my complaint-our sink was leaking and faucet was not working and now black-green mold was starting to build but he asked if it was our ceiling. He said he couldn't make it by 10 am (surprise!) but maybe between 10 am and 1 pm and he would only have standard faucets or whatever was in the truck to replace mine if necessary (even though my insurance said they would pay for a new replica to replace my upgraded faucet). Again, no apology. I finally cancelled the service and started over with insurance. I have come to the realization that I simply cannot trust anyone from this company to go anywhere near my pipes.

Horrible. You can't ahold of them. Ring the phone and it goes to an old school answering machine. First American Home Warranty referred me.

I had to get a plumber out since the supply valve gave out and the line started leaking. Old Republic Sent out Sherman's Plumbing, and I'm glad they did! The tech they sent out, was professional, and friendly. The job ended up taking a little over a day and he had to come back out to patch the hole that was made in my drywall. Super happy with the tech, and if I ever have a plumbing issue after my home warranty runs out, I know they'll be the first ones I call!

i have never been happier with anyone who has worked at my home, until Richard Sherman's workers arrived at my home. Not only did they correct work previously done by another company (Beware of Community Mobile Home Services!), but completed their own work in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I feel confident the work Sherman's Plumbing & Construction did was done right the first time! I've never recommended a home repair company because I never found a good one. This is the only company I would recommend if you have any home repairs!

Duen was the plumber who came to our rescue! He was on time and very professional. He came the morning we called. He replaced our water heater and tank in an hour and a half! Very efficient and called ahead of time to get our water heater's serial and model number. No time wasted running back and forth! Would use them again if we ever need it!!

I'm so pleased with the level of service I received from this plumbing company. The tech they sent out was so friendly and polite. I have been so incredibly frustrated this last week with the previous plumbing company that my home warranty sent out. They were complete cons. But Richard Sherman's plumbing company I would highly recommend!! Thank you for replacing my water heater!
