Was experiencing water in the pan of a 13 year old water heater. American Home Shield referred Pro Team. Richard stopped by to diagnose the issue, determine what parts were needed, clearly explained to us what would be covered under AHS and what was additional out of pocket for non-covered parts, so there were absolutely no surprises. The next day Richard and crew arrived with new replacement water heater and installed. Great communication during the process and when finished explained the operation of the new unit. Was a smooth experience and would recommend.

I called Richard at Sherman's Plumbing in Temecula, due to my water heater that was leaking. Richard found time that same afternoon to come out and diagnose my situation. He came out 1st thing early the next morning to replace my water heater. I appreciated his timely service and expertise. Richard was friendly and accommodating. I had previously called two other local plumbers and they were unable to come for several days. Kudos to Sherman's Plumbing of Temecula!

This company is absolutely terrible and has no business being in business. They disregard their customers, have a horrendous response time, and do half-a** work.
I can not stress this enough: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR PATIENCE ON THIS COMPANY.
The majority of the reviews on this page are either customers, family, or friends. I sincerely hope, for everyone who has the misfortune of being stuck with these hacks, that this company doesn't survive another year in business. Fingers crossed!

WOW - talk about a no show!!!!
This company was dispatched on 7/5/17 by American Home Shield (another waste of time and money). I was to receive a call within 24 hours. 5 days later I left a message and as of this writing on 7/26/17, have never heard back from this AHS substandard vendor.
Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I find them less than one star but can't rate in the negative. Other reviews speak to no shows.
I personally will never use this company and put them on my list of unacceptable vendors with AHS. F- overall.
