I had Pro Team Plumbing come out and clear my drain. They very professional, the plumber that came out was on time and cleared the drain in less then 20 mins. He did such a great job I am having them come back to home to remodel my bathroom.

I was having problems with the toilet in my guest bathroom running and out of town guests coming so I contacted Richard and the Pro-Team. I got a call back right away and discussed the problem and options and set up an appointment for the next day. Lowes doesn't stock the parts for the toilet that I bought from them 7 years ago but that wasn't a problem for the Pro-Team. (shame on Lowes!) Richard called me and explained the options and we decided that for a few dollars more I could get a brand new toilet installed. Took a few hours to install, and they were very careful in my bathroom and did an amazing job of keeping things neat and tidy with the cleanup. Very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Some contractors will try to rip you off or upcharge for thing but not Richard. Fair price and good honest work! This is really one of the good guys in the business and I am so grateful to have found my new ""go to"" guy for any plumbing issue.

Was experiencing water in the pan of a 13 year old water heater. American Home Shield referred Pro Team. Richard stopped by to diagnose the issue, determine what parts were needed, clearly explained to us what would be covered under AHS and what was additional out of pocket for non-covered parts, so there were absolutely no surprises. The next day Richard and crew arrived with new replacement water heater and installed. Great communication during the process and when finished explained the operation of the new unit. Was a smooth experience and would recommend.
