I scheduled an appointment with Damon for the next day. I found them through my home warranty. When I scheduled the appointment he insisted that I had to pay the service fee in advance in order to be put on the schedule. So I reluctantly paid it. The day came for my appointment only for Damon not to show up or call. I called his cell and didn't get an answer. I left a voicemail and didn't get a return call. At this point the warranty company is involved. I would've given it half a star but couldn't.

I called my home warranty company and they provided me with this company to fix my dishwasher. I had an appointment yesterday at 5:00 pm and they did not show or call. It has been 24 hours and they still have not called to reschedule. i will never use this company and hopefully, they will go out of business. Sounds like the home warranty company needs to do a better job vetting their vendors.

The warranty company sent this company out for a warranty repair of my refrigerator and dishwasher. For the deductible, he only took cash (no credit cards or check) which I thought was a a little suspicious. He stated that he needed to order some parts and contact me within the next several days. I never heard from him again and he never returned any phone calls. I can't understand why the warranty company would use such a sham artist.

DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!! He took my money and then never showed up. He now refuses to pay me my money back. He kept calling and said he was on his way. 0 stars if possible.

The home warranty company referred Pro-style to fix 2 running toilets. Damon came and diagnosed the need for 2 new toilets. He made 6 appointments to install them and never showed up for any, or cancelled therefore he tells the untruth. He also charged me a service fee to which he was not entitled because this was a recall job from a previous plumber who got the original fee, therefore Damon stole from me. Damon is not a gentleman but a personable con artist.

The home warranty co referred this co to fix the washer, Damon has made 3 appointments with me for him come out and he has not shown up for any of them nor has to called but once then still didn't show up or return my calls.

I think this gentalman is doing this as a hobby and not a business and if a business then he might want to learn customer service.
