Pro Staff Plumbing I called them Saturday evening probably about 5: 00 really nice over the phone told me that he would have to charge me for Saturday rates which was $125 an hour with a minimum 2 hours he said probably with the issues that I had we were looking at around 300 or 350 I told him that I had my own parts that I had it broken apart was trying to fix it myself and couldn't he said no problem he had to go get his van great give him my address he came about 45 minutes or an hour later I thought it was kind of odd they sitting there van about five minutes him and his wife finally got out of the van i showed them the problems he said he probably had the part in his van that I didn't need to change the faucet he said saved you a lot of money I said great they went outside another 15 minutes came back begin to put the rubber seals back in the faucet all in all about 35 minute got through he told me it was going to be $350 I thought that was kind of high but I know calling people on Saturdays can be pricey so I go to give him a check we write the check out for $350 handed it to him and he said oh I forgot to add the part that I put on I said you're kidding me you're going to charge me more money I said how much he said the parts about 75 more dollars are you kidding me . he said no but he i would give you a $25 discount so just give me 50 more dollars you
know I didn't argue with the man I said okay after it was all said and done he offered me a refrigerator magnet LOL I told him to keep it didn't mind paying the high price $350 but I was very angry after he tried to get $75 from me so for this reason I will never use pro staff Plumbing again so I'll give him one star for promptness

After 6 months Rick has started calling me and even drove past my house. He threatened me that I better not post any negatives. I still have no invoice and no warranty. Hope this water heater continues.to work.

NEVER USE PRO STAFF PLUMBING!!!! they came out for me having no hot water, he suggested changing out the thermostat and heating element on a week old water heater, charged me $350 and i still had no hot water, i called them twice after they left only to hear excuses, i called them the next day and said i need it fixed now, he brought another plumber who after 2 min said it was just a leak, it took them 10 min to fix it and then charged me another $150, so $500 later it was only a leak and i have been trying to get a hold of the owner and they wont let me talk with him!!! angry
