After noticing a spike in our water bill and hearing running water, we uncovered a leak that was coming off the main water line. We decided to contact Jerry to help us with this issue. When he came to inspect the issue, he was quick to put a temporary stop to the leak and also provided a few helpful tips to identify potential leaks in the future. The next day he came to repair the leak and was quick completing the job, careful not to damage anything and cleaned up any mess he made. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work by Jerry of ProSolutions Plumbing and Rooter. He removed old shower valve and installed new shower valves and trimmed raised shower pipe. He installed new drain line to connect to shower after removal of a bathtub by another company. He was on time, came a number of times as work progressed on tiling two bathrooms. He was fair, neat and very personable. I will definitely have him do work for me in the future. 5 stars.

Pro Solutions Rocks!!! I had an important meeting in my home Monday at 11am. Sunday evening my kitchen sink backed up & garbage disposal was making an awful sound. I called thinking I was going to get a recording, much to my surprise Jerry answered, scheduled appointment for 8:30am next morning, I was instantly relieved.

Amazing!!! I had 3 sinks and a bathtub that needed to be fixed...they weren't draining...almost at all. Contacted Pro Solutions and they were able to see me the next day! (I was already happy with that quick response). They said they would be at the house between 4-5..they came at 4!!! I was now doubly impressed! Al (Alvaro) came in and assessed the situation and said he could fix the issue. I had to quickly run an errand...100% felt safe leaving Al in the home alone. By the time I got back he was 90% done. Then in just under 1 hour all drains were working...I was relieved and happy with the amazing job done. 100% will recommend them to anyone!! Thank you guys so much!!!
