Rob and Jason were amazing!! We had a problem with minor flooding in our basement, which we thought was due to a clogged French drain. They came out the same day, scoped out the issue and inspected our basement and French drain. They said they'd be happy to give us a quote on a pump that would solve any major issues if it came to that, but let us know that this was probably a minor issue and that we could simply solve it by keeping our downspouts away from the French drain. We're so incredibly thankful for their integrity and helpfulness. What a trustworthy team. We will definitely be calling them any time we have sewer or drain issues in the future!

Easily one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor. We've managed dozens of rental properties outside of Washington over the last decade and own our own house in Washington (which they helped us with) -- over that time we've dealt with many contractors. Rob and his team has stood out above all of them.

Their professionalism, communication, and timeliness was of the best of anyone we've worked with. Our project had multiple unexpected things come up but they did a phenomenal job of communicating, planning, and executing.

As a contractor and real estate investor, I have dealt with countless sewer repairs over the past 20 years. I have hired multiple sewer repair companies and have also done many repairs myself and I'm confident in saying I have a good eye for identifying what is good quality work as opposed to pure crap or ""corner cutting"". I first met Rob, the owner of Pro Sewer, when he was a crew with another company. That company provided the best quality work and I continued to work with them for years. When Rob started Pro Sewer, I switched over and continued to work with Rob. He and Pro Sewer are really good problem solvers and try to find cost effective and efficient ways to tackle each project. I had a sewer backup of course on a Saturday which left me with no plumbing. I had roto rooter out which couldn't fix the issue after finding my line was broke. They of course could come out the next day to dig 7 feet and lay 5 feet of pipe for $17,365!!! No way, so the calls started and many messages left. By Monday morning there was still no returned calls and lucky for me bringing up sewer replacement again popped up a new company I hadn't seen the first time, Pro Sewer Repair. Frustrated, I called and Rob answered right away. After talking with him he recommended Action Jackson to come jet my lines to see if they could break through and get a clear picture. While on the phone he had already texted them and they were calling. They called came out, located the break and Rob had his team out the next morning to dig. Todd and Garrett were extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard workers and got the job done in a very timely manner and made sure they left my yard as it was when they arrived. Let me mention they were extremely less than what I was originally quoted for the job and everyone has been amazing to work with. I WILL be doing future business with them and referring all my friends, neighbors and real estate family to Pro Sewer Repair from now on. If you're looking for a professional job at a reasonable cost, these are your guys hands down.

I had a great experience with this company today and I already told Rob that I will pass his card to my family and friends so thought I share it here too. My house in Seattle is over 100 years old and I was told when I bought the house that there's a ""belly"", basically a dip in the side sewer and at some point it could cause a clog. Since then, I have regularly scheduled for the line to be cleaned every couple of years as a preventive measure while I save up money for an eventual repair or replacement. As the price for everything has shot up, I figured I should get some bids now for the job before it goes up even higher. I reached out to this company for an estimate, as I see they have great reviews on Yelp. I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days. Rob called before he was heading over. After arriving, he got straight to work and put a camera down the pipe. I was bracing myself for some bad news about how bad the pipe is (I know, it's over 100 years old...) but to my happy surprise, Rob explained to me that even thought he sees the ""dip"", the line overall looks pretty good and as long as we don't put any thick paper or other things that aren't supposed to go down the pipe, it's probably alright to wait on the replacement. He also explained to me how he would approach a repair or replacement in the future, the different methods he uses include the traditional ""dig it up"" method and also ""trenchless"" ways and he talked about the pros and cons of each. I was blown away by his professionalism and honesty and how he was able to help me understand what's going on with the pipe. He also does water line repairs so I'll definitely call him if I need the water line or sewer line repair in the future!

We just moved into our home in Northeast Seattle and knew that we would need to repair a break in the sewer line. The guys with Pro Sewer Repair did that work as well as a relining. The did a great job with minimal disruption at a fair price. I highly recommend.

Love the interaction with these folks. I asked about lining my sewer line because of root incursions and they recommended that it's much more cost effective to just maintain with an occasional clean out, therefore saving me a lot of money!
They were happy to service my line if it was more serious than that.
I appreciate the honesty and will certainly call them if I have more problems.

We just sold our house and needed to get a hole in our old sewer line fixed. The issue was 11 feet deep under our driveway. Needless to say it would have been a massive cost. If you've been wandering around online trying to figure out who to hire, consider your search done. The trenchless work these guys do will save you SO MUCH MONEY and you will be hard pressed to find anyone that does it better. Jason came to take care of our job. Needless to say it was a tough one due to some of the corners and damage in our line. It turned into a long day for Jason, but he never gave us any doubt that he could get the job done. And he did! He was persistent and meticulous with his work. Perfect clean up, friendly, timely, and obviously a master of his craft. Pro Sewer Repair and Jason for the win.
