Impressed that they were able to fix our busted pipes from the 2021 freeze within 48 hours of my call. Dave was prompt and wearing a mask (a big plus). The service fee was a bit hefty that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, but then again it was during an emergency. My husband thought the price was fair and reasonable. He also thinks they may have factored in the service fee into the total repair work.

I wish I could give them zero rating. They seem to be interested in just getting money out of us and our situation. Such overpriced quotes. $300 to unclog a sink!!Seriously??!! And the tech was so pushing us to get it done.I don't recommend them to anyone.

Unprofessional, rural based plumbing company with terrible customer service. Don't be fooled by their slick website, because what you see is not what you get. The office is run by inept, unknowledgeable staff who are uninformed about the services they provide, the correct cost of a service visit, or ability to schedule correctly. Neither the owner or office manager will take customer's calls to rectify their mistakes because they apparently don't care. Glad I found all this out before they attempted to fix my slab leak. I immediately called other another company that actually has a person answer the phone who can speak intelligently about plumbing and doesn't need to check a book regarding their fees.
