Everything went quite well. Our 10 yrs old Bradford & White water heater (slow intermittently) leaking on a Friday, replaced on a Monday. John (the owner) did NOT try and talk us into ""emergency"" services. That would've added to our costs. Pricing seemed fair enough though. Funny since 10 yrs ago, a new one costs nearly 50 % more!

I have been working with this company for the past five years and they are definitely my go to for plumbing and HVAC. Their pricing is competitive and they always do great work. From a new water heater to annual furnace inspections, we can always count on them.
Most recently we called for an emergency plumbing repair and they went out of their way to rearrange their schedule and get someone to me within the hour.

Great service from start to finish. Mark, the Service manager showed up on time, walked me through what he would be doing and approximate cost. Pricing was very competitive and didn't feel like I was being gauged at any time. They did have to do some additional work and moved around things to fit in the timeline I had to have the project completed by. Debbie in the office was great to work with and followed up with everything I needed right away. I would highly recommend Pro Serv to anyone
