There was a massive leak under our deck. The water pipe broke and there was a massive water fountain engulfing our entire deck. It also started going into our garage which was slowly getting waterlogged.

I yelped a few plumbers, esp who were available that late. Isaak picked up the phone and actually was very, very kind and patient to a) Listen to us, and b) actually recommend that we don't need an emergency service and that it can wait! He also suggested what we could immediately - that is shut off the water main. So we booked an appointment for him to come in the next morning - this was all over text so it worked out perfectly.

Isaak came in the next morning along with his Dad. He took a look and told us what was going on - what we thought would be thousands turned out to be a fraction of that. He clearly explained to us the problem, and what he was going to do. And also, stuff for the future so we could do it ourselves instead of calling him. And lo and behold, e'thing was back to normal in less than 30 minutes!

I'd highly recommend Pro Roto/Isaac to anybody.

Pro Roto always comes thru. We live in an old house with ancient plumbing so whenever there are back-ups, ISAAC will arrive within the hour to save the day! Great customer service with reasonable pricing!!!

Called Pro Roto at 5:30 pm Thursday night. Bathroom, tub, etc were all backed up. Needed a standard main line clean out due to roots. Isaac was friendly and super responsive. He had one of his team, Jose, come out within an hour. Great service. Would recommend and will use them again.

Isahek saved me a truck load of money. When our sewer backed up, he cleared it, no problem. When it happened again, he got Public Works to come out on a Monday morning and figure out it was the city's job to fix it. I guess Isahek lost out on that truck load of money, but he gained a loyal customer.

I managed to clog my garbage disposal late on a Sunday night and was worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it day-of after calling a few places and getting the answering machine.

Isahek tried to help me over the phone, and when that didn't work one of his technicians made it to our place within 30 minutes. He fixed the clog and we even got a reasonable price for work late on a Sunday on a holiday weekend!

Isaac is the man!!!! I called a few other places and no one called me back in a descent amount of time. I called Pro Roto and he said he would be over within 2 hours. Low and behold he called me back in the next hour and said he was on his way. I had a clogged sewer line somewhere under the house and knew it would going ot be a crap shoot to hit it. Isaac gave mea few options, and I went with the clean out the pipes option.

Isaac went back to his shop and had ot pick up a bigger snake. He said this may not work, but I said go ahead anyway. The first time through it didn't work. Feeling ejected, I said OK, well at least we tried. He gave it one more try and sure enough... He got it!!!!! Problem solved and issue fixed.

But here is hte best Part. Isaac is a huge fotball fan. He came out in the middle of the niner game today!!!! That is a STAND UP GUY in my book. I will be recommending him to everyone I know in the area.

Great business... Friendly knowledgable staff and they get the job done! Weather is a antique sink or a sewer back, these guys can manage to solve all problems.
- kunal dutt snakes a drain for me in my bathroom and i havnt had a problem since.

We have an older house in Redwood City, with plumbing that backs up about one per year (pretty much everyone in our neighborhood is in the same situation.) Each time we call Pro Roto and they always come out quickly - and at the time they say - and charge a predictable, fair price.

Not much else you can say. They get us past the yearly trouble, are professional, keep everything clean, and we can rely on them when needed.

Wow! The owner Isaac is such a nice person. My toilet clogged up, and I found him on yelp and called him. First he asked me some questions to understand what is going on. He said if i run the water in anywhere in the house, everywhere is gonna be mess. Then he said "" I could come now but Due to it's very late, It could be extra charge"" I didn't know what else to do, I was gonna accept it but he said there is another option, so he found public works' number for me on google and told me they will do it for free for me. And he was right. they will be here in an hour and no charge:) Thanks Isaac for being such a kind and helpful owner. I will always call you if i need any help.
