This morning I was using a plastic hair drain snake to clear out my bathroom drain. It was then I realized the plastic snake when through the metal P-Trap under the sink and drained water everywhere. The old P-Trap, was corroded.

My wife called Pro Roto and they came out immediately to replace our old metal pipes with new plastic pipes, as we requested. I also asked if they could also tighten the loose faucet, which they were more than happy to do.

The two gentleman who did the repairs were very courteous and professional. They even wore disposable booties to go over their shoes when walking into my house. It only took them approximately 20 minutes to complete the job. They also made sure the area was cleaned before they left.

I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely reach out to them again. Thank you!

Over the past few years, we progressively used Pro Roto: first for cleaning out our backed-up sewer line, then a year later repeating the process followed by installing a more effective cleanout, and finally, after yet another blockage (tree roots), having them replace a portion of our sewer line. Each time, we were very pleased with the the process.

When we recently decided to replace the sewer line, Avo was very helpful guiding us through the options and about scheduling to fit our needs. The crew -- Rigo, Pedro, Oscar, Tony & Aris -- was terrific from start to finish. And the price was very reasonable compared to alternatives.

Let's face it, nobody wants to deal with or spend significant $$ on sewer line problems. But if the need arises, I highly recommend Pro Roto.

6 AM, having my morning tea, and I hear water in the garage. F@#$. I go down and see water spraying down from the ceiling just below the master shower. I had to go to work with water leaking from the ceiling. My cousin told me to call Pro Roto.
I am a teacher and obviously can't leave work whenever, but Avo and his team were super accommodating. He told me to call him when I was leaving school and he would meet me at the house for a quote. He was there two minutes after I got home. What I thought was a burst pipe in the ceiling turned out to be a blocked line to the sewer. Avo, Brian and trainee Rodolfo were efficient, professional, and really really nice. With a 70-year-old house, I knew that the sewer line was going to be replaced at some point. All my neighbors have done it already.
They cleared the pipe and actually told me I'd be fine for a while. Didn't even try to upsell me the new sewer line even though I knew it was needed because I've had plumbers out several times in the last few years to clear the line. He told me it was going to be an expensive job, but that it was necessary eventually.
We scheduled the two day job for the next week, and when I had to reschedule, it was no problem at all. I didn't even have to be home. His team was amazing ... thank you Rigo, Pedro, Tony, Aris, and Rodolfo! They left everything impeccably clean and I couldn't be happier with the job.
Big kudos to Avo and his team! Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend Pro Roto and staff. They were instrumental in rescuing my home from a plumbing disaster. Used Pro Roto a number of years ago for a major sewer re-piping--they did a very good job. Had a small job this time, to clear a clogged bathroom drain. Brian and Rudolfo came the morning after my call for an appointment. While on the way, Brian called to notify me. They arrived well within the appointment window. Brian took a look and clearly explained what was proposed and the costs. They successfully cleared the line and cleaned up so well, you could not tell they were here. I even picked Brian's brain about a few other plumbing questions I had. The lines are now draining just fine. I appreciate the work done by these two. I would certainly contact Pro Roto for my next plumbing problem.
