I called to get several quotes from different septic companies and Ryan is the only person who could get the job done. All other companies wanted to rip a new leach line thru back yard which would have made a terrible mess. Ryan did what I asked and did a hell (excellent!) of a job trenching around a tree then did a Z pattern 80 foot leach line around two storage sheds and utilities, and along my fence line saving from tearing up my back yard

Woke up Christmas morning with my wife's family on the way from all over the valley, went to take a shower and found out my main sewer line leading to the street was completely blocked. I called pro rooter and was surprised the owner answered. Ryan came and helped us out himself, because he wanted to make sure our Christmas wasn't ruined but also didn't want to have one of his employees have to come out on Christmas either. He had the line clear quickly, but spent another 15 minutes snaking the line to make sure it was cleaned out completely. Couldn't have had a nicer, more friendly service and highly recommend Pro Rooter. In this day and age it's not often people go out of their way for their customers. Thanks again Ryan, you saved our Christmas.

It's so frustrating having a clogged sink for so many hours! Along with this mornings early tasks, was a clogged drain that I could not unclog it with Drano, bleached hot water, baking soda, so...finally I called ProRooter and Septic from Visalia. Thank you James! He explained the problem, how to prevent it, and Wah-Lah, it was flowing again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called for a septic inspection and got nothing. They said same day service well that wasn't true. I waited and waited until they called and said they got caught up but would be there first thing in the morning. I called around 9:30 they said between 10 and 10:30 they would be there. Finally around 11 they rolled in wanted to get paid for full inspection before getting started. They then pulled of the lid and peeked there head inside and decided they didn't want to do the inspection. He then demanded $250 for his drive out and the 5 minutes that he took to peek inside the tank without doing anything that he was asked to do. I asked to speak to the boss he said he was the boss. I have no idea how these guys are still in business. Oh wait I know by trying to screw people over. He threatened to sue after I refused to pay so I guess I'll be seeing him again. Can't wait!!! People please beware if in need of septic service call Morris Levin & Son. Had a much better experience.
