Excellent Experience! After another company promised to call me back and didn't, I called Pro Rooter & Septic. They said they could have someone out within 2 hours...within 5 minutes, someone called me back and said he was on his way and would be there within 10 minutes. James showed up and handled the job. It was a little challenging, but James persevered and got the job done and for the price I was quoted. I'd call them again in a minute if I had the need. I highly recommend them.

The pipe to my house burst and flooded the backyard. No other plumbers I called said they could make it out for another couple days, but Pro Rooter made it to our house in an hour and had the pipe fixed an hour later. Then when the pipes inside the house got inevitably clogged with sediment, they took the time to walk us through the ways to clear them at no extra charge. Quick, efficient service at a reasonable price!

Pro Rooter came to our home in Hanford because the septic leach lines were leaking. They said they cleaned the septic tank and lines and we paid their fee. It worked well for awhile but then the lines started leaking again. We called them and they just brushed us off saying they did their work perfectly. We had another company come out which informed us only one hatch had been cleared, not both hatches (I didn't know there were two!) I called back and Scott at Pro Rooter said they did everything perfectly and did not make an offer to reinspect. I asked for the owner and Scott said she was not there. Scott then asked me the name of technician (which I supplied) and he said the technician would call. (How Scott could say the work was done right when he never even looked at the bill or work order). The technician never called back. I left a message for the owner. She has not called back. Customer service obviously was very poor. Suggest you use some other company.

This is one of the most professional and ethical plumbers I have ever worked with and they stand behind their work 100%.

Had a new water heater installed and there was an issue about one month later. They came out to inspect their work and realized they had made a mistake, which can happen. Everyone is human. Other plumbers I have dealt with try to blow you off or make up stories. Some try to convince you it's something else in the system that will cost more money, not this company. They admitted to making the mistake, never tried to up sell during the repairs, apologized over and over and took care of making the job right. There was no arguing or fighting. They just wanted to get the job done professionally and in a way that made me a happy satisfied customer.

Everyone can make a mistake, it's how you respond once that mistake is recognized. I give this company and absolute A+. This is the only plumber I plan on using again. I trust them and their word. I humbly suggest you give them the opportunity to show what they can do.

The gentlemen were very prompt and polite. They called to verify their arrival, cleaned up their mess before they left and even worked around my Dr appts., completed the work in a very timely manner. They left business cards and a refrigerator magnet in case I need future help. I would highly recommend their service.
