AMAZING QUICK TRANSPARENT SERVICE!
I really appreciate Colt and Josiah for showing up with so much knowledge, efficiency, and care. They were really communicative and exceeded the original timeframe by 2 days. They used a camera to help with locating our septic tank for our house that is over 20 years old. They dug maybe 3-4 feet to get to our septic cap, completed septic pumping, and gave septic maintenance care and knowledge and confirmed our leech lines were still in good shape. They rerouted 4 water lines and 2 electrical lines that was sitting over our septic cap that was about 100lbs. The rerouting of these pipes were advised by them so they could install a riser to avoiding more digging in the future which will make future septic pumping maintenance and monitoring more efficient and convenient. Definitely recommend Colt and Josiah for their care and compassion throughout the job process. They've positively and extensively offered extra support if I have an questions or concerns. Even though they are came specifically for septic work, I would say they're knowledgeable beyond their scope of work, they definitely help clear up some questions in relation to our irrigation sprinkler system too! I hired pro rooter to drain my septic tank on 2-2-22
They came out within a few hours said they were done was told that I had roots that I needed to snake the outside intakes on 2-28-22 i had same issues Called a license plumber he came out and snaked all traps and told me that not the problem he lifted the door to septic tank said that's your problem your full
Called pro rooter they said they would call back within an hour they called back 3 hours later I had already called out another septic service said they could come out next day for $485.00 more when I had already paid $500.00 I said no
The other septic service came out we're at my home for quite some time emptied septic tank and said there no way they emptied it all the way told me I should be good for another year and a half to two years and he had my husband inspect to show him it was emptied when he was done I would definitely never hire this company ever again they should be ashamed of them selves. They should know that repeat customer and word of mouth make or brake companies bad service to do a job not even half way

I wouldn't call anyone else to come help if you have a septic or plumbing problem. Amazing super quick service and just the nicest people you could ever deal with! Called at 9am overflowing septic taken care of at 10:55. I can't say enough good things about these people.

I called Pro Rooter because I discovered a gas leak in my yard. Because of the leak, PG&E turned off my gas. Pro Rooter came out the same day to fix the leaks, which I appreciated because the weather was chilly. They listened carefully, answered my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. They explored all of the options to fix the leaks so that it would be the most cost effective for me. They worked over two days to resolve all of the leaks. The job was extra challenging because there were additional lines that I was unaware of that previous owners had plumped for future projects. They took the time to trace the gas lines to find all of the hidden pipes and leaks. Darren and Kaylee are conscientious. They will communicate with you about the process and options. If I could give more than five stars, I would. If you want honest and experienced plumbers to work in and around your home, call Pro Rooter. Ask for Darren and Kaylee.
