I hired pro rooter to drain my septic tank on 2-2-22
They came out within a few hours said they were done was told that I had roots that I needed to snake the outside intakes on 2-28-22 i had same issues Called a license plumber he came out and snaked all traps and told me that not the problem he lifted the door to septic tank said that's your problem your full
Called pro rooter they said they would call back within an hour they called back 3 hours later I had already called out another septic service said they could come out next day for $485.00 more when I had already paid $500.00 I said no
The other septic service came out we're at my home for quite some time emptied septic tank and said there no way they emptied it all the way told me I should be good for another year and a half to two years and he had my husband inspect to show him it was emptied when he was done I would definitely never hire this company ever again they should be ashamed of them selves. They should know that repeat customer and word of mouth make or brake companies bad service to do a job not even half way

I wouldn't call anyone else to come help if you have a septic or plumbing problem. Amazing super quick service and just the nicest people you could ever deal with! Called at 9am overflowing septic taken care of at 10:55. I can't say enough good things about these people.

I called Pro Rooter because I discovered a gas leak in my yard. Because of the leak, PG&E turned off my gas. Pro Rooter came out the same day to fix the leaks, which I appreciated because the weather was chilly. They listened carefully, answered my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. They explored all of the options to fix the leaks so that it would be the most cost effective for me. They worked over two days to resolve all of the leaks. The job was extra challenging because there were additional lines that I was unaware of that previous owners had plumped for future projects. They took the time to trace the gas lines to find all of the hidden pipes and leaks. Darren and Kaylee are conscientious. They will communicate with you about the process and options. If I could give more than five stars, I would. If you want honest and experienced plumbers to work in and around your home, call Pro Rooter. Ask for Darren and Kaylee.

Ryan gave the best service ever to my Salon. He went above and beyond putting in long hours to complete the job. He's very knowledgeable and even knows the history of the years certain plumbing was used and gives excellent guidance in whether its worthwile replacing expensive parts. He's very professional, kind, considerate and trustworthy.

Was taken advantage of as a woman. Was told my husband was fully aware of the additional charges as the bill was presented after the job was done . It was double what we were quoted. 20 minutes 750 dollars, charged 600 yesterday. $200 of that was because they had to drive the truck out instead of a work vehicle, even though it didn't need to be dumped as IT WAS DUMPED YESTERDAY. Somehow that's our fault. I feel deceived. I'm in a club of 56 homes in the area and I will be sure that none of them use this company. Integrity matters. Plus like a dirty mechanic, increasing the bill on a woman knowing my husband couldn't be reached today.

The driver is nice and knowledgeable. But all kinds of greedy. They charge to drive their trucks. That's crazy !!!! I have had my septic pumped and acid treatment done three times in 15 years. Last time was 2 years ago. It cost half what I had to pay pro septic, and last time I had to replace a lid on the tank. Still cost half as much.

Pumping is pumping. Save yourself a bunch of money and use someone else. These guys are unbelievable expensive. No one I know will EVER use these guys, unless they have unlimited funds. I don't. So I'm going elsewhere. and so should you.

Be Wary of the Dishonest Business

This company was dishonest and charged an elderly man $500.00 for looking at his home's septic tank. Pro Rooter and Septic did not clean their septic tank as promised and still insisted on a $500.00 payment while leaving the home in a non-working condition! Shame on them!

I over paid to have my sink looked at. The guy came and acted annoyed that he had to be here. When i would ask questions he would just stare at me blankly and give one word answers. At the end he said there was more that needed to be done then just went silent. I said, ok, well, can you do it and he would just stare. Weird as hell. Finally after re asking the question he said he'd have to come back. I called to reschedule 3 times and on the third phone call he said he ""wasn't interested in doing it"". WTF how do these people have such good reviews?????? I seriously think they ask family to write reviews for them cause there is no way in hell...

I had a house full of family and friends over for Thanksgiving when my toilet overflowed and wouldn't flush. Pro Rooter & Septic sent a very friendly plumber who had me us up and running quickly. They charged a reasonable amount for holiday hours too. I'd highly recommend!
