Do not hesitate to call Pro Rooter. They are professional, courteous, prompt and honest...best of all, their prices can't be beat! I worked with them in the past on a regular basis when I was a property manager many years ago, so I remembered to call them when my own apartment recently had a badly clogged kitchen & bathroom drain. I am glad I remembered their name & number! Highly recommended to all.

Very professional and accommodating service! I called Pro-Rooter based on the recommendation of my building manager, after initially asking my property manager to send someone over to clear-up a severely clogged kitchen sink that was overflowing with brown gunk. Taka showed up on a Friday evening and took care of it in around 30-45 minutes. He was very friendly and had a good attitude. I greatly appreciate him showing up during an off-hour, as I couldn't have dealt with the clog and accompanying smell all weekend, after returning from being out-of-town for two weeks. If you have plumbing issues, call these guys.

I've used Pro Rooter for years now. A small family run business (husband and wife) but very dependable, great service and fair prices! Andrew is very knowledgable about plugged draines! They have done my toilets (little ones throwing something down the toilet) shower drains and my annual kitchen drain. you wont be dissapointed!

I have been impressed by the service and standards exhibited by Andrew and Taka at Pro-Rooter. I have worked with them personally as they have assisted several residents in my building. Highlights: 1. RESPONSIVE. Will answer their phones or actually call back within a reasonable amount of time. 2. EASY TO SCHEDULE. These guys are always busy, but we've never had an issue scheduling drain service...even when we've only given them an hours notice!! 3. RESPECTFUL. They listen and offer solutions before hand. Clean up after themselves AND follow directions. At the time of review, expect to pay about $100/hour for drain service.

We had a blockage in our kitchen drain. I tried snaking it with our 25 ft hand auger but to no avail. So I knew it was time to call a pro. No one answered so I left a message. My phone call was returned within the hour and they were able to schedule and send someone out to my residence in a few hours. Andrew was nice and was able to unclog the blockage which turned out to be 30 ft in. He cleaned up everything afterwards. Everything was accomplished in about half an hour. The cost for everything was under $100. Would definitely use their service again if I'm ever in this bind in the future.

In my opinion, best drain specialists/or any plumbing issues on the island!!! I know Taka and Andrew personally because I call on Pro-Rooter to service the residents in my building because they know every inch of the pipes in my building. Tonight I had . an emergency with my toilet and I called them. Andrew responded quickly and drove from a far distance to help me even when it was 9pm at night. He showed me the same professional service as with any other customer that he services. Thanks to Pro-Rooter I now have a working toilet!!! Must call them, very reasonable prices!!! Highly recommend them!!

Highly recommend Pro-Rooter. 428-2222. I tried to unclog the toilet myself but failed. Every time I plunged, the water would come up the tub. I used the snake..still no luck. Andrew was recommended to me so I called him, but there was no answer and I couldn't leave a message on his cell phone because his voicemail was full. (Found out that his voicemail is really not full, just broken.) I texted him but didn't get a response. Andrew called back a little before 9pm and apologized he couldn't answer his phone earlier. He was on another job and just finished. He agreed to help me and arrived at our condo about 930pm, then got to work right away. I was so relieved to hear the water gurgling down the drain. Thank you Pro-Rooter! Great friendly service and reasonably priced despite the late hours. Andrew thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and disinfected it before leaving. He had different types of spray cleaners (maybe 4?) and lots of rags to thoroughly clean the toilet, tub and floors. I was very impressed. Excellent service and a job well done! Call Pro-Rooter if you have plumbing issues. Andrew is awesome!
