Our sewer bubbled into our shower and tub late in the afternoon. They were there in a flash to help get the line clear before we had a bigger problem. They were kind, courteous, compassionate, QUICK, caring and the most affordable emergency plumbing visit I have ever experienced!! I will not use anyone else!!

Spent $3,000 with them to replace and wire 2 lift station pumps. Less than a week later they weren't working. They came out and cut a pump out and told me it was jammed with something. Unprofessionally, they said it's my problem now and turned the whole system off and left. We had to call a different company out to fix Pro Rooters mistakes. They found a large thick zip tie was stuck in the pump, burning up the motor. (the same zip ties Pro Rooter used to hang the wires) It looked like they had just dropped one while working. Pro Rooter WASTED $3,000 of my money. Oh, and they also damaged my stucco on my house and didn't even mention it to us. Just left it and took off, kind of like they did with the broken pump. I would STAY AWAY from these guys unless you like flushing money!!

This man is fraudulent. Not one thing that he initially said is true. He will find a way to rip you off. Even if you don't hire him he will send you a bill for $90 and harass you to pay it. Hire anyone but this guy. Truly bad business and he will take advantage.

scam! They will tell you that you have warranty but if you will use it they will ask you to pay again! And they are expensive for 15min service!

A young man came and diagnosed our problem, and managed the septic locating and digging in a very timely way, They did NOT leave us half done for even a few hours--they finished promptly and everything works great!

Recommended by another plumbing contractor with whom I had a good encounter but who could not do the work I needed done. Initial encounter with Pro Rooter was good and professional. Follow up left much to be desired. Two - three weeks of phone calls and emails produced frustration and only partial replies to my questions. Issues are still not fully resolved. Have lost valuable time as now colder weather will prevent any work till spring. Very, very disappointing.

They were extremely prompt, polite, and professional. They were very thorough and the whole process of setting up and clearing the roots from the sewer line only took about 20 minutes. I will definitely be calling them in the future!

I have never used their service but after the way I saw one of their employees conduct themselves on the road this morning I never will. I had my turn signal on to turn right off of the highway and they almost rear ended me, sped around me to get in front of me to turn and then proceeded to go well over the speed limit. We came to a stop sign where he didn't even stop or use his turn signal. I did call to let them know. When you're in a company vehicle you're representing your company even if you're off the clock.

Pro Rooter dug a 3' deep hole in my backyard with a hand shovel, cut the sewer pipe, glued a new fitting and pipe on, and jetted the system. The whole thing took no more than 4 hrs, and they then handed me a bill for $1900. I didn't know I could charge that much to dig a hole with a shovel and glue some PVC together, I guess I'm in the wrong business!

Pro Rooter came to my house to camera my main line that was leaking through the foundation. My quote for trenchless repair was $7000. My quote for them digging up my cement patio was $6000. They told us where the line ran under the cement. They were completely wrong in locating the line. I am so glad I did not pay them $6000 to tear out the wrong part of my patio. They then left my house without putting the cap on my cleanout in my basement and flooded my basement with sewage. At first they denied it was their fault and said they did put the cap back on. They then offered to have a remediation company come clean up, three days later after we had already cleaned the sewage out of our basement. I sent them a video of the damages and they have not offered to repay us for any of our damaged belongings or our time. Had they offered to make it up to us and do the job for free, we would not have let them back on the property. We really do not feel they know what they are doing.
