I have been using Robert and Pro Quality for over 13+ years to manage rental properties. They are busy, and can be a little late at times. With that aside he is honest & trust worthy, and always does excellent work. Sometimes needs a little follow up or check in, I just text and confirm things and everything is taken care of. Warranties and follow ups are always excellent. I would highly recommend him. They do get busy, so I always try to give him a day or two lead time. On emergencies he has been there to fix things when I need them!

Here's the real deal with this company. Our furnace was acting up during a recent cold spell. Robert came to our apartment to diagnose our furnace, but showed up without any tools or a meter. Robert told my wife that he would return with ""A PART"" and that he would also service our furnace. He must have unbelievable intuition to diagnose our furnace problem without even testing anything. A week later we received a service window between 1-5pm. Another employee showed up at 5:45 and had no ""Part"", but decided that changing the thermostat would fix the problem. My wife then asks the ""technician"" to set the time on the thermostat and his response was ""every thermostat is different and that's not part of what I'm here to do."" He was there for 20 minutes tops and bounced without any servicing of our furnace which Robert promised. This company did nothing to even attempt to diagnose let alone fix our problem. I contacted Robert and he was defensive every step of the way when I asked him why his employee didn't perform the job promised. It's obvious this company takes advantage of the fact that no one is there to supervise their service. They contract through a management company. Do your job properly and you won't have to worry about negative reviews.
