Frank and his crew came out and carefully assessed our issue with the drains, he came up with a plan that was least costly, but soon found that our problem was much bigger than anticipated. His pricing was reasonable and never asked us for any money prior to finishing the project to our satisfaction. He left the jobsite cleaner than when he got there and was more interested helping Explain to our adjuster for our insurance company exactly what he did and why with photos and a meeting with the insurance adjuster.Professional helpful and a wonderful source for all plumbing needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an indoor or outdoor plumbing service.

Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish! Was referred to Frank at Pro Quality Plumbing by a very reputable local plumbing company that was unable to take on a job of our size. We'd been needing to have our main sewer line replaced for many years due to tree roots. Frank came out the same day we contacted them and did a thorough inspection. His quote was very competitive compared to several others we had received. He was extremely attentive to our concerns and really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and provide any requested documentation (photos, video, etc).

His team started the work the following day with no significant issues. They used a trenchless system to replace our sewer line and suggested we reinforce additional areas with a liner. While the addition of the liner did increase the price of our quote, Frank continued to be extremely helpful and fair with his pricing. They finished the work 4 days later, had a city inspector come out for the inspection and then patched everything back up.

Really the best experience we could have hoped for. Frank was so kind throughout the entire process. We truly cannot say enough positive things. Highly recommended!!

I received a quote via Yelp for replacing my garbage disposal. Frank came to my home on time and replaced my garbage disposal for the quoted price. Frank was friendly and efficient. I checked the quoted price online against what is the ""average"" price for the job and the price I paid was just about in the middle of the low to high range. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely call Pro Quality Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

This is an easy five star review for me. Frank and his team were incredibly responsive from the outset. He was very straight-up about his costs, which were very competitive by the way. Within an hour and a half, he found and fully repaired a very small leak In our first floor ceiling (under second floor bathroom) that was causing us big problems. Nothing but good things to report about pro quality plumbing.

I was having an issue with water leaking onto my dining room ceiling from the bath tub above. I called several other plumbers but was not convinced with what they were saying it could be. I called Pro Quality Plumbing and Frank came over checked out what it was quickly. The issue was resolved and the price was reasonable. I had a lot of trouble communicating the issues with this company. They eventually fixed everything that I originally posted on Yelp, but it took a lot of back and forth and the owner was quite rude in the end.

I don't write many reviews but, this company deserves a 5 star rating for their service. I was having an issue with the water pressure in my house and the sprinklers (after a previous job done by a different company). The company sent a technician out for a free estimate and he found the issue right away. I wasn't sure if it was the regulator, the main shut off by the street, or something else. He explained what the issue was, and also gave me a few pointers regarding my sprinklers. Great company! I wish I had called earlier. Thank you.
