Avoid. Hired Mark to clear main sewer line. He repeatedly said, ""we're going to clear the line to the sewer main, then camera it slowly all the way back so you can see it's clear."" 3 visits & $900 later (cash--Mark likes to avoid the IRS), he still didn't do what he said he'd do. 1st visit charged for jetting & camera'ing the line, but said he needed to bring other camera b/c it had stronger line. 2nd visit re-charged for camera'ing line with ""stronger"" camera but said needed to be snaked. 3rd visit brought 150' snake to clear a root-ball 175' from clean-out. Failed (of course), then tried to tell me the root-ball we were looking at on the camera ""wasn't a problem"" & ""shouldn't be disturbed b/c it would stimulate it to grow."" Untrustworthy & unreliable (over an hour late to each apptmt). Recommend you find someone who won't cheat you & the taxman.

I called this place on Friday 2/9 @ 7:26 pm because it said 24/7 service. I got an answering machine where the person identified himself as Mark and said to leave a message and they would text or call me right back. It is now Monday 2/12 @ 9:40 am and I have NEVER heard back from this business.

We had an issue in our master bedroom which ended up causing us to turn off our water. It was about 1am at this point. I ended up calling one other company that wanted to charge us $65 to even come look at the problem the next day. My wife stumbled upon yelp, and chose this company based on the reviews! When she called he texted right back and offered to come at 2 am , and charged us only $50 for the night emergency visit . We explained our issue and he gave us an honest & fair rate for coming at 2 am in the morning! He was swift, great workmanship, and really honest. Thanks to the plumber that came to our house we were finally able to take a shower an hour later, and given great advice how to avoid the issue from happening again. He is our go to guy for all our bathroom needs and extremely afforable without lacking quality of work.

I highly highly recommend them! My sink drain was clogged and somehow connected to where my washer drained as well so every time we would run the water it would flood my laundry room. I left a voicemail at almost 8pm and he got back to me really quick offering his service that same night. I did postpone for the next night and he was on time and very efficient. Got the job done in about an hour I would say and the price was affordable!

Called Mark for a plugged kitchen sink. He and his son came out got it done quickly and at what I considered a very good rate considering other companies I was reading reviews for. Would use again and recommend to neighbors.

I had both kitchen sinks half full of water and floating debris as a result of the drain clogging. I called Mark about 11:30 am and left a message. I wasn't sure he would get back to me that day,but he did. He texted me a time frame, an estimated cost, and that he preferred cash. He came within the time frame he gave me and charged me what he had estimated. He worked quickly and efficiently and got the sinks unclogged in about 20 minutes. I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber.

I've used Mark twice to unplug a toilet. He does a great, through job. He got me in both times at the beginning/end of the day and got the job done. He's personable and get the job done fast.

Was give Mark's number by my daughter who has also used him. Let's just say this man is amazing!! He came out to fix our leaky faucet & did an excellent job! He even took the time out to give us an estimate on flipping our washroom around! His prices are the absolute best & has even come out on an emergency for my daughter in the middle of the night & still kept the price very reasonable!! If you ever need a plumber in a snap call Mark!!
