My house is 38 years old and has needed plumbing services more than once. Our friend told us to call this company when we first had problems the last couple years. I have had several issues ranging from plugged washer, toilet and sink to roots growing in my pipes. They have fixed everything and provided excellent advice. Rick, Martin and Jose are so kind, knowledgeable and I would recommend this Company to everyone. These days it's hard to trust someone to come into your home and really fix the problem. I trust everyone of them. Thank you for your services. You are an excellent company which makes you a rare find.

They are all so friendly and responsive. I've had an issue with my toilet in the past and was able to set up an appointment almost immediately. Cherie was very nice and helpful when talking on the phone and Martin was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Staff are very knowledgeable and I would definitely choose them again for any repairs in the future. Highly recommend them!

5 stars for Pro Plumbing! The office manager, Cherie, was so helpful and stayed in contact with us during scheduling and follow up. Jose and Martin showed up on time, were extremely knowledgeable, and patient in explaining what they were going to do and answering all of our questions. The job was performed quickly and professionally. Will definitely be using Pro Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you all!

If I could give no stars I would, Jose the ""plumber"" left a pipe out and they had to come back and placed the pipe back, it did ruin my floor with the leak, I just called another plumbing company and the brand new garbage disposal installed I was told it was used and is not a new unit. PLEASE Beware of this scammers! Filing with the BBB

Because of the pandemic we have done lots of remodeling and have used this company two times prior to this review. On this unfortunate occasion we noticed a leak from the ceiling in our kitchen, we called Pro Plumbing and asked for Jose! Well we were told that Jose was unavailable for several days. The office manager told us she could send out Ric and that he was the owner of the company. I agreed to using Ric and figured since he was the owner he must be at least as good as Jose. Well when Ric showed up I asked him if he was as good as Jose and he told me he was Jose's grandfather so now I once again knew I was in good hands. I don't know about you but when your ceiling starts leaking all kinds of horrible things go through your mind.....Ric and Julio quickly found the problem as we suspected in our upstairs bathroom shower. The correction included Julio cutting out a section in the kitchen ceiling and Ric reassured us it was a problem with the shower drain and the fix was simple.......the quote for this job was way more than reasonable...these are good folks......i plan to use them again to install a water filter/ softener due to the harsh water in the city of Brentwood....thanks again E. Hill

This was such a painless experience when it comes to dealing with a plumbing issue. Very responsive, and knowledgeable staff. I was not over sold on anything. I had a problem and they showed me the solution. The best part was, I was able to save a ton by buying the water purifier myself and paying for the labor. I will definitely recommend these guys for anyone needing help with their plumbing.
