We called them this morning and they arrived within 30 minutes or less. Ozzy was great. He arrived and began to work immediately. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend their services-great service and reasonable pricing to boot!

This plumber and this shop was a complete and utter disaster. I would highly discourage anybody from using Pro Plumbing. My toilet was clogged and this shop was what the realtor recommended. The plumber shows up and asks me to come down because he doesn't have money for valet? Really! He was at my apt for 25mins, put in a snake, made a shitty mess in the bathroom, then used my bath towel to clean it up and left it in the trash in the bathroom. Charged me $350 and left. Incredible! 4 days later, the toilet was clogged again. I called the owner of Pro Plumbing Alex and showed him the clogged toilet on Facetime. He said my toilet was the wrong size, and I needed a new one. I asked if he was 100%, he said yes. I Amazon Primed a toilet, meanwhile using the bathroom in the lobby for a week. I asked a recommended plumber from the building to install it and he said the toilet I had was fine but the drain was full of tile and a screwdriver from the renovation. I called Alex while the other plumber was here and he took no responsibility for his error and even denied he had recommended a new toilet. Net net, $350 for a toilet that was never fixed properly, an extra toilet bought unnecessarily, a week of using the lobby bathroom, and a shitty bath towel, literally! You do the math. There's plenty of good shops in Miami, this is not one of them.

They were hired in January 2017 to install a kitchen faucet. We paid them $350. Within a few months the faucet became loose and with time became looser to the point of collapsing. We called them to fix what they were originally paid to do. It took almost 2 weeks for them to come. After they tightened the faucet they charged us $147. If you want to get ripped off and have a job done incorrectly call them.

in follow up, I wouldn't recommend them, a sink they were gonna get fixed never got fixed, first it was replace it second change some parts now the answer is, nothing and its me calling them, the work they did was very good , but simple, changing toilet parts , tightening bathroom sink... but the fact I had to keep calling them and the final answer is we cant do it.

I wish I can give minus star! Terrible service, hours late from the set appointment,the technician hade no clue how to fix a dripping shower, his personality was extremely rude. I would not wast my time and money with this company ever again!

Do not use this service. They do not do good work. They will tell you that the work is done. Only to find out the next day that the work was not done correctly and for Pro Plumbing to state """"Well, we are going to have to charge you for another visit."""" If you did the job the right way the first time there would be no other visit. They should not be allowed to swindle customers.

(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them """"look bad"""". His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on. 2019(Alex cleared every thing up for my boyfriend and I. Refunded us no problem. Helped us further understand our problem and what we needed to do, so that we could take the necessary steps to get our bath tub fixed. Thanks for your help.)
