Our home warranty company chose Lobo Tech to fix a heating problem. They came out once, took a look, and we never heard from them again despite repeated calls from us and the home warranty company.
Avoid!
Char C.our home Warrenty company used them to fix our air conditioning. They could not come out till Monday afternoon which was ok. They came and it was a simple fixbut did not have Part on the truck said they would pick it up and be back Wednesday.No one called so we us called them said they wouldbe out late afternoon. No one showed up same thing happened Thursday. We called them late Thursday again now it would be Friday. They showed up Friday it took 5 minutes. No one ever called us with any updates .
Do not use them.
