I needed a plumber to determine the location of a leak causing water stains on the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom and repair it.

I have used Pro Plumbing a number of times in recent years and never had a problem. Work was done fairly quickly and done correctly. This time was a different story. The morning I noticed the leak, I called Rich's office (non-emergency) line. The outgoing message said someone would get back to me that evening. I received no return phone call. The next morning I called Rich's cell phone (emergency line) and left another voicemail. Still no response. Over a 3-day span, I called 5 times and never got a return call, not even to say he was too busy to take on my small job. The one time I did reach him on his cell, he said he might be able to make it to my house on his way home that evening to check it out and asked me to call him at 5pm to remind him. I called precisely at 5; I got no answer and the voicemail I left has gone unanswered. Highly unprofessional and very disappointing, considering the work he has done for me in the past.
