They replaced bath controls, sink faucets, installed sink cabinets. Price was competitive, but higher given many itemized parts provided. Yet I bought all the main parts and cabinets so didn't expect much beyond a few misc plumbing parts.

I called Tony of Pro Plumbing to detect a leak. He volunteered to come over and take a look while no one is home. I told him don't do anything, as we were filling a plastered pool. He came and turned on faucets in the yard randomly. One of them is the fill faucet for the pool. The splash of water ruined the new plaster, leaving ugly streaks! He didn't detect any leak. The leak was later found by another company.

We started using these guys about 13 years ago after some really bad experiences with other plumbers and were really happy with them. Tony gave us a bunch of options of what we could do when repiping a remodeled bathroom. Unfortunately due to financial constraints at the time, we didn't repipe the whole house.

Last night at midnight, one of our old galvanized pipes burst. I left Tony a frantic message in the middle of the night, and he had someone out here by 9:00 in the morning. The plumber that did the work was Luis, and he couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. He did a great job, and even did a very thorough job cleaning up after himself when he was done.

We really like these guys and would recommend them to our friends.

All I can say is they Tony and Gil took the time to really inspect what was going on with our plumbing and didn't just come snake our lines as I had called about. Instead, they took the time to go under the house to see how the pipes were laid out to ensure it was possible to do so in my older home. What they found was a leaking pipe another plumber my home warranty company had sent out didn't even notice! Not only that, Tony and Gil let me know that the sump pump wasn't installed correctly and the home warranty guy had just been out and supposedly corrected that. These guys know their stuff and they are thorough. Even better, they aren't just going to do something that you don't need done just to make some money. They also were extremely patient and worked with my warranty company which can take a ""saints patience' to do.

In regards to expensive or not, Tony and his crew are right on par with what the hourly rates are. Do your research and you'll find out soon enough.

As an aside, I found pro-Plumbing when they were recommended by 5 folks at my firm. I was asking around for a plumber and in an office of only 100 folks, every single person recommended them. I think that alone speaks for itself.

Tony and his team have done remodel work for us for the last 15 years. He's reliable, responsive, friendly and reasonable. He's also available to help out for smaller items in a pinch, and we've found his guys to be great. He did the plumbing for our major house rebuild, an office conversion, 2 kitchen remodels and a bathroom remodel. Everything was done on time and on or under budget, and to date the plumbing work & design has held up for 15+ years without fail.
