I hired them for a bathroom remodel. My sink and bathtub are not properly sealed and my floor has a gap between the floor and the bath tub. My vanity was not placed where I wanted it. Manuel told me he would come back and seal the bathroom 7 month ago and has never came back. They left such a mess when they ""finished"" the job it was ridiculous. The baseboard they used doesn't match. It was dirty and looked like something he had left over from other jobs. I would never recommend them.

I had leaky water heater. Ordered one and then called Pro Plumbing. Timely service, and after arriving discovered I had ordered wrong type of water heater. They offered to take mine back and I could get new one. Above and beyond for service. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use again if needed for any plumbing issues.

Called for a repair on my toilet. He was able to come out last minute. I thought the inside parts of the toilet (plunger) needed to be replaced and had them on hand. He was very honest and told me I just needed a gasket. Called to the plumbing store, told them what I needed and then instructed me how to change the gasket. He also offered to come back when I got the part if I couldn't get it done. I will definitely use this business in the future based on their willingness to come last minute as well as their honesty! Thank you!
