I called for an appointment and I got scheduled; we'll, no one showed up!! So I called an hour later after the appointment passed to see where the driver or the technician is and I was told they would give me a call within an hour with an update, and then I got called by one of the supervisors saying that they're too busy to come out! this was for emergency in my house it was very disappointing for waiting 3 1/2 hours for them to come back and say they are too busy with big projects and they cannot make it and they asked me if I can reschedule...very very disappointing

When our water heater began to leak, the service manager was polite and professional on the phone, asking me questions to make sure they knew what was going on. The technician Robert got to my house even earlier than expected and was very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem in a very short time.

This is the second time I've done business with Pro Plumbers, the first time was with our other house in Chino, and we had a great experience then too!

Our tankless water heater broke down about 10 days ago, the manufacturer replaced the water heater (warranty) but I needed someone to install it. Pro Plumbers was the second company to provide me a quote. When I got a call from Kiana to schedule an appointment, she was friendly and easy to communicate with, she waived the diagnostic fee, and was able to schedule a technician to come over the same afternoon. After talking over options with Robert (technician), I thought the cost and timing to get hot water was worth the quoted price, and he got to work removing the old water heater immediately. His work was efficient and clean, and he has a professional and personable demeanor. I will be using Pro Plumbers for future work. Hopefully we get Robert again next time!

Would use again. The company was prompt, on time and did the work welll. I was in a tight squeeze on time. Price was reasonable to maybe a little high. They fixed what I needed fixed fast. That's where you pay a little more. Overall, a good experience.
