I understand money is money and we all need it to survive but I was disappointed that they didn't post their prices. When we called to have our line snaked and was given a quote for 85$. Little did we know that they don't actually discuss prices until you meet with them.

Prices are approximately:
230$ for line snaked
550$ for line snaked with camera
1700$ for high pressure snake

So be warned that prices will change when you meet with them in person.

My family had become aware we were no longer receiving hot water in our showers and sinks. We started looking around trying to find out what the problem was and where the issues were located. It was not a self fix it job. Long story short our hot water heater replacing and our hot water pipes underneath the house needed to be replaced and repaired. We looked around and found Pro Plumbers Inc of Long Beach and noticed the reviews. We reached out to the plumbing company and they sent out Abraham Leyva. He arrived in a timely manner as we were concerned about getting our hot water restored as soon as possible. We are a large family with children and the need for hot water is very important for cleanliness. Abraham Leyva is bilingual, respectful and very professional. He made our family feel heard and comfortable in our conversations from the beginning. To walking through our home and locating the problems, to giving us a straight forward honest detailed explanation of what was happening, what needed to be done and the costs of the entire job. He took his time making sure we were comfortable in choosing the best action plan to begin the repairs. Abraham and one of his coworkers worked very hard to get as much work done in a day as they could. Abraham arrived early next morning continuing the hard work. Our family is so grateful for the respect, time and care that we were shown during this process. We highly recommend Abrham and will recommend him as our plumber for further jobs.

About a year ago, our water main broke and Pro Plumbers came out and conducted the repair. A year later the repair that was conducted weekened and began to leak. We received a letter from the city stating that during one of their inspections of our water meter they discovered a leak on our side of the meter. We called pro plumbers, and they came out immediately recognized that it was their repair that was the reason for the leak and begin repairs to our water main. They were professional, courteous, fast and reliable. I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Fast-forward, upon completion of the repair a week later, a weak part of our sprinkler system ruptured as a result of the repair. They immediately recognized that they damaged the sprinkler system and conducted the repair to the sprinkler system. I'm not going to say it was inexpensive because water-main repair is not cheap. Hindsight being what it is, I should have ""properly"" repaired the system the first time.

I called for an appointment and I got scheduled; we'll, no one showed up!! So I called an hour later after the appointment passed to see where the driver or the technician is and I was told they would give me a call within an hour with an update, and then I got called by one of the supervisors saying that they're too busy to come out! this was for emergency in my house it was very disappointing for waiting 3 1/2 hours for them to come back and say they are too busy with big projects and they cannot make it and they asked me if I can reschedule...very very disappointing

When our water heater began to leak, the service manager was polite and professional on the phone, asking me questions to make sure they knew what was going on. The technician Robert got to my house even earlier than expected and was very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem in a very short time.

This is the second time I've done business with Pro Plumbers, the first time was with our other house in Chino, and we had a great experience then too!
