Had issues with build up from sharing of pipes with neighbor. It was disgusting what was coming up. Called Pro Plumbers at about 8:30 pm and sure enough their words were guaranteed by sending a Plumber first thing in the morning. Appointment was scheduled for 7:00 am and I received a text at about 6:30 am that Plumber was on his way and he arrived at exactly at 7:00 am just like they said he would. Fixed backup problem and shower was ready for use again . GREAT SERVICE talk about First response for pipes ...

The toilet handle fell off and the flapper was degenerating so I called this company. They have several locations. . The woman in the call center was very nice. The plumber could not come until the next day. The next day I received texts from the company confirming the scheduled time and the plumber sent a biography of his experience. I had forwarded pictures showing the broken handle.The plumber came on time and looked at the toilet. He then gave me an estimate for replacing the handle and flapper for $850.00!! I laughed. But this was such an inflated price that I had to write this review. This company is a rip-off

My second time having to call for help.
I couldn't recommend a better company for plumbing issues. I had a leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs when the plumbers arrived they were quick to come up with the best solutions to first find out the source of the leak. They were very prompt and courteous not to disturb anymore of my shattered nerves but get the water to stop leaking.
It's like calling a doctor to a bleeding wound that's how much I trust this company.
The pricing is also affordable I don't feel ripped off because of their professionalism alone, you can trust you're getting skilled labor and quality parts.

I searched for the plumbers with the highest rating, and found Pro Plumbers in Long Beach.
My expectations were not too high because of a bad plumbing experience long ago, but they were nice on the phone--and though they had to reschedule, they were very sincere, and truly apologetic.
The man that came, Johnny, was warm, and gave me all the information beforehand, and I was very comfortable with trusting him, as he seemed extremely knowledgeable, and honest.
My trust was confirmed when he not only found the problem--but also a dislocated pipe, that needed a new flange.
He could have just done the first part, but he saved me from another plumbing issue, down the road, by making sure the job was done right, and by being thorough--and professional.
Thank you for having such a wonderful employee.
My faith is renewed.

Thank you Robert Peralta, from Pro-Plumbers. I actually called another company first which they try to get me to immediately install a new main line starting estimate $3800 without even doing any work. Robert came out did the work and offered me options to fixed my clogged shower at reasonable price. Robert was very professional and honest. I highly recommend Pro- Plumbers.

We have used them on multiple occasions. The first time in July when our new home was not cooling down with the ac on. We waited over 8 hours for it to cool but nothing but a few degrees cooler. They arrived within a few hours after our call and hours early than they stated. They did a full maintenance and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. Showed us a few things and changed the filter up in the ceiling and charged us just the maintenance fee. Very reasonable fee and fast service. Used them 3 times already. Same day fast service reasonable fees. Thanks
