I don't know about their services because I never got past the phone receptionist. She was so unpleasant, I told her I was going to call another pleasant because her tone put me off so much. My tenant had called her and said she was the same way with him. They must lose a lot of jobs that way!!??

I woke up this morning to a pool of water in my garage. I called Pro Plumber at around 7AM and I had a newly installed water heater by lunch time. James was super fast and very professional. And the price was good! Very happy I called them!

Had a sink that was leaking and causing me a headache. Googled plumbers in Tulare area and Pro Plumber popped up with very favorable reviews. Gave them a call about 4:30 pm and Ryan was here by 5:30! He inspected the problem, identified the problems and FIXED the problem!!! (Turns out there was a washer that had been installed backwards and the wrong type of glue had been used for the plumbing fixtures under the sink.) Ryan tested the sink for leaks after he fixed it. He ran water and the disposal, filled the sink with water and let it drain through and made sure that with the water running for a few minutes, there were no leaks. Wow. I was impressed. When I asked him how much for his services, he replied that I didn't owe him anything, as he didn't have to get out any of his tools (he used the wrench I had under the sink) and said it was an easy fix. Say WHAT ??!!! I gave him $20 as a tip for saving me $$ and time, since I wouldn't have to be cleaning up messes from a leaky sink anymore! He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any other problems with the sink. His company is family owned and that is who I like to deal with when doing business with people. I would rather support a Mom and Pop type of business than a chain when possible. I will be spreading the word to my friends and coworkers about the plumber they need to call when they need one! Called them this morning to get a quote on snaking out my home sewer line. They gave me the price and told me a service man would call me with an eta to do the work.

Ryan, the service guy, called me a couple of hours later and said he could do the job today. A while later he called again to let me know he was deep into another job and expected it would be 2 or 3 hours before he could get to me.

Two hours later, he called again saying he was on his way. Long story short, he snaked the sewer line no muss or fuss. Informed me that the line was in bad shape and should be replaced when I could and even gave an estimate of the likely cost.

My drains are flowing smoothly now and I am very happy I called this company. I'll likely have them replace that sewer line when I can manage it.

They charged a very reasonable price and got the job done quickly.

Called for emergency sevice - broken water pipe on weekend. Came in reasonable time. Plumber had an attitiude and quoted a rediculous $267 for 45 minutes of work. I asked for cost break down - he replied he could have charge $100 more and if i don't like it he has other work to do. I told him to go and do his other work and that his FEE was rediculous. I called another plumber and paid $147.
