Jordan is *amazing.* Homeowner's insurance policies are now requiring a water leak detector device, and this is NOT and easy thing to install, since one has to be adept at not only plumbing but also electrical and technological issues. Jordan to the rescue! He was at my house for almost four hours, and dealt with them all. The first electrical outlet that he connected it to turned out to be dead (I live in an old house), but he remained cheerful and never once got cranky or impatient as he quickly figured out option B, and made it work.

When the glitchy website for Moen (the maker of the required device) wouldn't let me register, he calmly handled it for me, including the almost one hour wait time for their awful customer support, with far more patience than I would have been capable of.

Jordan is a super genius, AND has the best personality. Thank you, Jordan!

Jordan came out to fix a gas leak that PG&E had identified in an outdoor pipe serving my ADU. He did thorough testing to determine whether there were any other leaks on the lines. In the end, he discovered a number of smaller leaks, both inside and out, and skillfully and efficiently addressed all of them, for a far better price than the first plumber I got an estimate from. He was amazing: friendly, kind, prompt, highly knowledgeable and experienced. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I have used Jordan when he was with another company and was always impressed by his good nature and willingness to do anything.

We had a gas leak that PGE found on routine neighborhood inspection, so they shut off the gas. So no stove, hot showers or heater! Not a life or death emergency but certainly an unplanned life stoppage. Called Jordan in the afternoon and he said that he could rearrange his schedule and be there the next morning! Wow!

The job ended up taking 7 hours and involved him having to locate leak and then completely redo about 20 feet of pipe from meter to the inside of the house since much of the old pipe went under/thru a concrete porch! While it was not cheap it was done well and he stayed to work with the PGE guy who came out to reconnect service and make sure my gas appliances were all hooked back up.

What I love about Jordan is that nothing seems to faze him and he's willing to crawl under my funky west county 75-year-old hodgepodge house crawlspace at least a dozen times in the day to go back and forth to the spot where work needed doing. And he's calm and communicative.

Phenomenal service and workmanship. Pro Plumb's Jordan was definitely the best plumber to work on our difficult leak repair. It turned out to be a longer day for him than expected, yet he stayed dedicated in getting it done - we certainly commend him for sticking it out and not passing it on to another day. A horrible sewage smell was permeating our house. As we are on a raised foundation we were able to use a flashlight and see through the exterior wall vents that a pipe was broken off and there was a mess of septic sludge under our house. Yuck.
Jordan, the owner of Pro Plumb, had saved us before so I called him right away. I was really worried about him being able to have access under our house, as it's a tight space. It turned out I didn't need to worry at all as he managed the crawl and the repair with seeming ease and an amazing attitude. He fixed it quickly! He's certainly not squeamish, it wasn't a pleasant job.

Jordan is very smart, works super fast, and obviously has a lot of experience. He did some plumbing detective work and figured out that we also had a big clog in our main line and cleared that out as well.

Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Jordan (wish I had found him first) and everything fell into place.

He took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier. Jordan was great at communicating with me at all phases of the project, and if we have any further questions or issues in the future, I'm confident they will be very helpful.

These guys know what they are doing and are true professionals. Our system was installed efficiently and neatly and is simple enough for me to understand without being a plumber. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Very happy. Thanks, Jordan.

Communication is excellent, quick, and to the point. He explained to me how the job was going to go and what was going to be done during the walk-through estimate.
