Plumber not here and its 45 minutes after appointment time. Unable to contact phone just rings and then hangs up. No Email address on sucky web site. I set up appointment time to fit into my schedule and now they messed up my schedule and I'll have to try to get last minute with someone else when I had this scheduled in advance.

Spontaneous flooding in our kitchen today apparently a part of the pipe in the wall fell off. We usually go with A1 but they weren't able to send anyone out today, so we turned to google. Plumbers arrived about an hour after we called which was awesome, $99 fee to come is what we were told on the phone. Then when they got here they said it would be an additional $250 to cut open the wall to investigate. Though I wish we would've been told that on the phone because we did explain the situation the plus is that these fees go towards your total bill if you decide to have them do the repair which we did. Overall we appreciated the quick service.

We called this company last night for an emergency issue we were having, and a nice young man showed up and assisted us with a temporary fix. He also helped to get us an appt for today at 4 pm. I took off from work to be home for the plumber, it was going to be a different guy today. At 5 pm, I decided to call to see what was going on, because nobody showed up or called me. I spoke with the secretary and she explained that the tech was doing a big job in Mililani, and that she'd give me hourly updates to keep me informed. I called my husband to inform him, and he immediately said cancel. I told him to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, the hourly updates never happened. So, I called my husband around 745pm, and told him I'm canceling, because integrity is everything. I called the company back, and the secretary didn't remember who I was. After I explained, she said she'd check with the tech, and then came back on the phone and told me he was still in Mililani. So, I told her I'm canceling. I lost a days worth of wages because of this, and am upset that they didn't have the decency to call me first of all to tell me that there would be a delay. Secondly, I'm upset that she didn't keep her word. There was no real effort on her part to inform me of anything. I had to do my own investigation, and contact her when she didn't call back. To me, that's very shady. Like I said, integrity is everything. I will never recommend them to anyone.
