To anybody reading this review. DO NOT allow this company to do work for you. My warranty company sent them out to One of my rental properties too fix a shower valve in my wall 2 months ago. They arrived 3 hrs LATE, did very poor work and left my house smelling of marijuana. If I could give them a -5 stars I would. If your warranty company suggests Pro-Install too come out, say ABSOLUTELY NOT!

I have been having a big plumbing issue! So I called my warranty company. I was sent a plumber that tried to unclog my bathtub and toilet and sink. He said it was fixed and right after he left it backed up again. He came back and told me it was fine. Tonight my toilet overflowed and my tub is 6 "" deep with raw sewage. I had to pay 425 (not covered under warranty he said)now I have paid all that money and absolutely nothing has changed. If I could give no star I would have. I had called the office at this company and I was told it was fixed and that I had flushed too much. Run don't walk away from these Shysters

Great customer service from beginning to end. I called in a panic with a plumbing issue and they came out in a very reasonable time, were professional, patient, and followed up the next day. Would absolutely use again.

If only they'd stayed as good as they started..... I was having a problem with my sewer line and my home warranty company sent Pro N Stall out and they were always very fast and efficient they did everything they could to resolve the problem but it kept returning... Anyway the only way to solve the problem permanently was to replace the sewer line.... That's when the problems started with them..... It took about three weeks for them to even come out and replace it despite repeated calls from me and the warranty company they never did call me even when they promised that I would hear from them by the day. After they finally sent someone to replace it they were supposed to return the next day and pick up all the rocks from my yard and rake it so that it would be somewhat level and they didn't show up for another week and there are still rocks in my yard that they left. They finally replaced the sidewalk that was torn up from the digging of sewer line. They were supposed to return in the spring to finish restoration of yard such as raking, leveling, filling in holes, reseeding and remove remaining rocks. Well...... They showed up two days ago and did absolutely nothing except spread grass seed. All rocks, holes and uneven spots remain. So if you are looking for an honest, trustworthy and reliable company please look somewhere else because Pro N Stall cares nothing about the people that keep their company open and them all in jobs. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!

With all the frustrations I have had with the contractors selected by my warranty company, I have to say that Pro N Stall really went out of their way to make sure my water heater issue was resolved with as little aggravation as possible. The warranty company is less than reliable and previous contractors they sent to my home were dishonest. I told the office manager right up front that I was suspicious of anyone sent by the warranty company through no fault of their own, I was now distrustful of the contractors. Please don't take it personally. They were reaping someone else's wrath. (So to speak.)
Not only did she go beyond and try to alleviate my frustrations, she worked within my schedule to have the unit installed first thing in the morning allowing for me to get to work on time. Jamie (the installer) was fast and efficient. I can't wait to get home and have a warm shower and hot water for dishwashing!

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN: Took 1st guy over 4 hours to replace water heater. Plumbing literally crooked and connections were leaking. Next day [after that plumber was fired, another Pro N Stall plumber had to come out and fix it. That lasted 2 months-same plumbing is leaking again. I call in AM to have it fixed under warranty and surprise, surprise.....the don't have any ""openings in the schedule"" until tomorrow...even though it is a 5 minute fix. TRANSLATION: ""Oh it's under warranty and we have to do it for free? Let me look at the schedule....nope, we're all full. Owner would not even take my phone call. That is how much they care about their customers

I wish I was here to write a raving review but unfortunately at this point in time, my grandfather in law has been deceived. We had a serious water issue at our home and had to replace all the pipes and decided to use Pro N Stall. Although the gentlemen who were very pleasant at the time fixed all the pipes under the house, there was a last cast iron pipe leading outside of the house that needed to be fixed. After taking a trip to the headquarters in Antioch and visiting with Steve, he informed my grandfather in law that he would be sending out his plumbers to fix that pipe for an added $300. He made the payment and said he would dig the hole for them and they told him they were waiting on him to call when the hole was dug. Well...3 and a half weeks have passed, 2 phone calls and messages have been left with the secretary with not a word coming in return. Unless this is resolved soon I have no choice but to assume they have stolen my grandfather in law's $300 and that is not the type of company I would recommend working with.

I didn't have a choice on water heater replacement. The warranty company required that we use Pro N stall.
One guy showed up to change out a 50 gal water heater. 5 1/2 hours later I still don't have one installed. He had to make multiple trips for supplies then busted one because one guy can't pick a 50 gal water heater.

Quoted me $1500 for water heater replacement. Wanted to relocate unit because of diameter of ""new water heaters"". I found a new water heater the exact size/capacity as my old one - no need to relocate. They refused to listen. Watch your wallet if you call these guys.

Definitely recommend this place. I could have hugged Jerry before he left. My garbage disposal wasn't working right so my dishwasher of course wasn't working. Jerry replaced the disposal and gave us some pointers on our toilets so it would stop running and costing us hundreds on our bill. He even left us a care packet with vegetable seeds! Pro N Stall Home Services is definitely a pro at what they do.
