Just had Pro Master Plumbing out today to update everything regarding the kitchen sink and it's absolutely perfect! We've worked with Jim on a number of projects both big and small at our home as well as my office and he's easily the most reliable and honest contractor I've ever used in any industry. We called Pro Master to sell and install a new bath tub in our main bath room approximately 3 weeks before Christmas. They called back a couple of days later and asked for photos, which were sent immediately. They texted a week later and said they could come next Monday or Tuesday. We haven't heard from them since.... It has been over two or three weeks now. These people obviously don't want or need our cash business. They don't even care about their customers at all. The least they could have done was pick up the phone and say they were busy. It has been well over a month now and they won't even call. Apparently they don't care about their customers.(or their potential customers.)

Jim helped us out with a job that most plumbers rejected and even did it for half the price quoted by others. He was very quick both in his response time and work time. Everything was simple and painless. He took care of a few other minor issues that had been ailing us while here, was completely transparent with his pricing and timeline, and was extremely pleasant.

This is the only plumber we have used since 1999. Jim started in Farmington and the business has moved to Lake Elmo. He has installed new dishwashers, water heaters, and recently repaired leaky bathtubs with new arm assembly. He is very personable, honest and reliable. At this time labor is $150 an hour. He is non union and licensed. He is also teaching his son Ty who is apprenticing under him. He also has 29 years experience. Highly recommend. Support independent small business owners.
