Chris was extremely informative, knowledgeable, speedy, and professional. We also were really fortunate to find Pro Line in a pinch and to have them service our furnace on the same day. We will definitely call on Chris again.

Chris has been a charm to work with. He has done diagnostic and repair work on the heating systems of both my rental property and home. He also did an excellent job on replacement of a humidifier system in our home. His pricing is competitive, and his workmanship has been flawless. It is nice to actually trust that a tradesman in providing an honest assessment of the work to be done...and then follow through with superior workmanship.

Chris arrived exactly when he said he would. Did a great job on fixing some only flue pipe on my furnace, noticed some bad tubing coming from my humidifier. Gave me instructions on what I needed to buy and left me some screws so I could have what I needed to fix it. Then realized he had extra tubing on his truck took care of that as well at no extra charge. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to others.

Very happy with the service I received from Pro Line with my air conditioning unit. Firstly these guys were able to come to our house quicker than their competitors and for less than half of what they were charging too.
Also, while Chris was charging my system a different issue occurred (a capacitor that I had replaced the previous day failed), so he couldn't test out his work. I said that I'd replace the capacitor myself, and Chris offered to come back out the following week for free, to completely test the system and top the system up if required. Service above and beyond which was very appreciated.

I was referred to Pro Line after asking another plumber if they repaired leaks in radiator lines coming from the boiler. I called them and they confirmed that they could do this and I arranged for them to call my tenant to coordinate schedules and go onsite to do the repair. After a day, my tenant informed me that they had not called. Turns out that the service guy ignored the note to call my tenant and instead called my house phone (which I didn't receive because I was away). Not ideal, but understandable mistake, still service guy should have read note or Pro Line has to get their processes cleaned up. I asked them again to call my tenants and it was urgent as water was leaking (fortunately a small leak). Another day and a half goes by before he responds to an urgent call, only to inform my tenants that no, they don't work with any radiator and boiler lines heating system. So overall experience was pretty poor, apparently they don't read service notes, don't respond in timely manner and don't know what services they provide. I can't speak to how well they perform the services, but I'm unwilling to call them again, wait a couple of days for a response and hope that their dispatcher and serviceman agree on what services they provide.

I had a capacitor go out on my A/C this week. I called them and they dispatched Justin to my house within a few hours. He quickly discovered the problem, ran to pick up the part and returned to finish the repair. Fast service and the 10% Yelp bonus was the cream on the crop. Highly recommend!

This is my second time using Pro Line... I'd give 5 stars for the first visit, and 3 for this visit, so we'll call it a 4-star.

Pro Line is a family run and operated business, and I think that's awesome. I'm told they're NATE certified and I think that's awesome. The person I had doing the work for me both times (the same person) was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.

Pro Line was out to my house last year to fix my heater that was flipping on and off. The burners needed to be cleaned, and a capacitor for the blower motor was replaced. The tech told me that the motor was on it's way out, but didn't _need_ to be replaced now. All the work was done, and I was overall satisfied with the price, worker, and work.

Now, as the season changed, my AC started to ice over. Dave, the owner of the company, came to my house for a quote and said that my blower motor that was on the way out, went, and that my AC coils to my outside unit were filthy (and boy were they). Dave said he had to call the supplier with the motor to get a quote for me, and ended up calling me back later that day with a quote. Unfortunately, I think this is where the misunderstanding, which could totally be on my end, came in. Dave only gave me one cost during that phone call, and I took this cost as the cost of everything that needed to be done. I told him that cost was fine, and he said a tech could be out the next day.

A Pro Line tech came out the next day, replaced the motor, and cleaned filthy, filthy AC coils (no additional work beyond Dave's initial quote), the receipt showed a cost nearly over 50% more than what Dave and I spoke about. Before writing the check, I called to talk to Dave, and he said the initial quote he gave me was for just the motor (so, despite getting a quote, I was having work done without knowing the end cost, I guess). Dave told me the cost of just the motor, then his cost to get it from the supplier into my AC unit is nearly three times that cost (labor, and a part pickup cost). The receipt was itemized of work done, but not of individual pricing of each line item. All that said... the work done was excellent, and my AC is running like never before (literally, the best it has ever run since I owned the house).

-Edit:
Dave called me back to make sure the service was good, and we spoke about the misunderstanding. I appreciate the follow-up, and his willingness to be flexible in doing business. I also think that Pro Line is a fair pricing company. I will be calling them again when in need.

I have used Pro Line three times over the last few years. One thing I can say is that they are honest and will tell you right up front what the price is. And their price is good. I have compared them to Plumbline and Applewood and they come in lower every time. Dave knows his business. I will use and recommend his company again and again. Dave is an honest guy.

After an exhaustive search and interviewing other companies, I chose Dave. Dave was very polite and very informative. Telling me everything about every product. Good and bad. Wasn't there to pressure me into buying, but rather to inform.

During the installation of my A/C and furnace. They were prompt and courteous. And cleaned up after themselves, and not leaving me a mess to clean up.

As for the price, it was very competitive and the warranty offered was great. I am extremely happy and cold during the summer. Which I am happy about. Fantastic work and excellent customer service. I trust Dave and his team. You should too

I had Pro Line install a new furnace today. I initially had another company come to my home yesterday to do a maintenance check on the furnace, AC, and water heater after receiving a call from them with a special offer of $59 to do these checks. My furnace was 20 years old and though I have had it checked regularly before, thought it would be a good time to see about it and with summer coming, the AC. After the checks and much conversation with the technician, agreed to have the block checked for cracks. I went to check on the progress and found furnace totally torn apart and in about 100 pieces on the basement floor and was told I needed a new furnace, and a new AC. I was given 3 prices ranging from $3,000 to $7,000 with a recommendation of one for $5,500 for a 60,000 BTU furnace. The AC would cost around $5,100. Talk about sticker shock. I am a retired single woman on a fixed income and needless to say, this was not in my budget. When I told him that I was going to get a second opinion, he got his boss on the phone who gave me a very high pressure sales pitch which made me hesitate even more. It felt like a total scam...get in my house, tear the furnace apart and try the scare tactic of carbon monoxide poisoning. I told them no, called Pro Line and the owner Dave called me back in short order. He gave me a quote of $2,850 for a Rheem 75,000 BTU furnace and they were here today at 11:00 to install it. They repaired my AC for $328 and I am good to go for a lot less money. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this family owned and run company to anyone. Very fair, very capable, and careful to explain what they were doing every step of the way.
