The worse service ever beware they don't clean up after themselves and god forbid you have a sewage issue as we did !
They threw all the sewage out on the driveway and lawn and when we called to ask what happened the response from Janet was sorry we only do the job ! We don't clean up your responsibility as a home owner ! So imagine we are supposed to all know this !
It was the most horrible thing ever as you even imagine !
Please do not hire this company !

Per our home warranty, they sent this company out to unblock our sink and said they were unable to and were going to have tear out the wall to get to the pipe! We said to wait & got a second opinion and the plumber had it cleared in 20 minutes!!! Pro Ingrity I believe were trying to scam my 90 yr old mother... because I was out of state. Will be talking to home warranty to get our $75 back!! Don't call this place!!!

Warning you not to use Pro Integrity Plumbing of Apple Valley! They show up, say they can't do it, but charge you extra for unnecessary modifications.

I sent them a picture before, of the valve to be replaced. He sent the guy out, and then the guy said he needed to modify it because he didn't have the part.

This is the 2nd time they have done something like this.

These guys are not only top professionals that always call back, do the job right and have great advice on what needs to be done, they are the nicest people I've had for servicing anything in my house. Chris, Casey, Adam, etc., are fantastic. I will never use anyone else but them again

They get a two star for solving 1/2 of the problem but they really fell short on Customer Service and overall integrity of taking care of customers.

They ordered the wrong part 2 times for my toilet. Casey suggested I buy a new toilet from them instead of trying to order the correct part. I obviously declined and he begrudgingly accepted getting the right part after I told them I could just get the Insurance company to assign another contractor if they didn't want the job.

I went out of town and they called twice when I was gone to schedule an appt. I texted them when I was returning to schedule in a new time but never heard back (lost reception while we were on the phone).

They called me today to schedule an appt for the next day and I couldn't take work off. When I asked for a future date, they said they didn't have anything scheduled in my area. I said that wasn't a big deal and to just cal me when they were in town again.

That is when they got upset and told me to call when I was ready, because I clearly wasn't. The rest of the conversation was trying to talk over an angry individual explaining to them again and again, I'm literally ready, in town and asking you to call me. You said you weren't ready. Then he hung up.

When I called back he said he didn't care if I left a bad review. I guess customers are not important to certain companies when they can guarantee business from an insurance company. Which is unfortunate.

If you have a choice with your insurance company, I would use someone else.

They shouldn't even get one star. They show up drunk and unable to perform their job.! Then get all offended when you call them out and will call their supervisor to complain and leave leaving your house a total mess.! Don ever waste time nd money with these scammers.!

Our water heater went bad and our insurance company assigned Pro Integrity Plumbing to help us. Chris called us right away and sent Casey to take a look. They ended up replacing it for us quicker than we expected in this busy season, especially here in the mountains.


They communicated with us every step of the way, were on time, and professional. Casey and Adam did a great, clean job, and even gave us some advice. Plus, they were very courteous.


We will hire them outside of the insurance if we need any plumbing work!

RIP OFF! Through a home warranty I was sent out a lovely young man ""Casey"" unfortunately it took one week before they came out. I was told by Casey that I would be able to cash out for the faucet and they would install under the home warranty. Not the case and what I was led to believe a cost of $75 became $225. When I said in that case I don't need your service thank you (verbatim) Chris said thanks for being rude and hung up in my face. How does sorry I'm not willing to get raped on price for a faucet install kindly saying no become rude? Great customer service Chris! The second star of for Casey. The company itself is a 1 star experience. So many good people out there. Go elsewhere.

The guys were pro's I explained what my problem was they came with all the tools found the problem and fixed it. They were on time courteous, professional plumbers. I was having an issue with the toilet in my RV and he said I've never done one, but let me fix it and he jumped right in and fixed it and I'm very happy. Then I asked him. Hey I've got a couple hose bibs that are leaking. Can you fix them? Yep boom it was done.
