Sean/Shawn will steal your money, not finish the job, and leave your house in worse condition than when he started. He quoted me $1380, took more than half and never came back. Please steer clear of this hack that calls himself a Handyman.

A message to Sean/Shawn...Karma will catch up to you. I PROMISE that if I see your trailer ANYWHERE in the Tri-Cities area I will stop and spread this message to your customer. The only way to redeem yourself is to give me back my $764.55. If you do that I'll forget I ever met you and delete this review. Until then I will find every way possible to let everyone know how much of a thief you really are. Shame on you.

Courteous guy but work ethics could use improvement. Asked for written estimate and only got one by text. Said he replaced certain item but didn't. What he did replace, left broken pieces in the yard and didn't bother to clean it up.
Called back about the situation and asked for the estimate he's given to be on paper for tax purposes, said he'd get back to us but never did. Wouldn't answer the phone after that. SMH!

If I could give a 0 I would. He took half our money for the job and did not show up to complete the job. Did a super crappy job on what he did do. HE IS A THEIF! Steer clear.

Shawn is a tenacious professional whom I highly recommend!
He drove to Gatlinburg on New Year's day... after our big freeze in Gatlinburg. Previously, temperatures were down to 2°, and the wind chill was estimated between -25° to -35°. When everything started heating up on Dec 27th, we had a water pipe break in the back of our home. Several plumbers didn't respond; the ones that did either couldn't get here for a week, another didn't have a ladder tall enough and wanted to either cut a hole in our hardwood floor to repair the pipe, and others (referrals) didn't even respond.

Shawn came out, surveyed the situation, and then worked on finding a 40-foot ladder. His tenacity paid off, and after eight days without water, Shawn fixed the pipe today, 1/3/23, weatherized the pipes on the backside of our home, replaced two water shut off's for the toilets, and inspected our hot water heater to make sure it was working. I highly recommend Pro Hands, and WE WILL hire him again.

Shawn was a lifesaver on Christmas Eve '22 during the big freeze in Gatlinburg when I couldn't even get another plumber to answer the phone. He drove up on Christmas Eve night and got our tankless water heater working again after it kept going to freezing water after 2 minutes. Thanks!
