I have a rental property in Las Vegas that had a pipe fail this weekend. I reached out to three different businesses, including Pro-Flow Plumbing. Luckily the pipe that burst could be shut off but I'm a bit antsy about ensuring that repairs are done quickly when it comes to my rental properties. Especially anything involving water and/or safety.

One of the businesses that I have reached out to you on yelp, message me back, but made a comment about coming out to do a repair on a water fountain. I found this very odd and realized that the person commenting may be some kind of an answering service and not the business. Considering the fact that I submitted pictures and an explanation of the problem, this was a big turn off.

The other business that I reached out to messaged me back, but I only messaged me back to call their dispatch. Considering that other business also had very good reviews I decided to give them a call. I was told that it would be $49 to come out and take a look and if I agree to the service they would apply the $49 to the service. I asked why would I pay $49 for you to come out and take a look when I've sent you pictures of what the issue is and all you need to do is quote me for that? She replied back that she could not provide me a quote because she answers the phone in the office, but does not work in the field. She agreed to send the pictures to someone in the field and get back to me. I figured I wouldn't hear back from her (which I didn't), so I decided to give Pro-Flow Plumbing a call.

When I called, no one had picked up and that did give me a bit of concern, considering it was a Saturday. But online it did say 24 hours so I figured maybe they would answer. About 10 minutes later I got a callback. The gentleman that I spoke with, said to text him the address and he would be there that afternoon. Later that afternoon, I received a text that he was on his way. He arrived and got the job done and sent me pictures afterwards. The tenant was satisfied, and so was I.

Fair price for a last minute repair on a Saturday.

I would highly recommend this business.

Luis is very professional and flat out nice. I needed him to connect new RO system to existing refrigerator line. He was showing me what he was doing as he did it. He had to go to store to get a safer part. He was afraid if he used the metal part that he had, it would cause the tube to leak within a year. I will call Luis next time I need a plumber. I feel he is trustworthy, knowledgable and reasonable in cost.

Had an issue with my shower faucet late Saturday night and had to shut the water off to the whole house. Reached out to 5 different plumbers first thing Sunday morning. Luis responded pretty quickly and was to my house within 2 hours. He found the issue, ran to the store for the part and came back to fix it right away. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely call him again if I have other issues.

I was visiting my friend who lives in Boulder City, and her sink kept backing up. As the days went on it only got worse. I put out information to get quotes on Yelp and Luis was the first one to respond. Since this was short notice, I asked if he could come out to do it the same day he and he indicated yes. I made an appointment for 6 PM. We got home early and I texted him and he indicated he could come earlier. I don't believe it took longer than an hour, and he was able to tell my friend that she needed new toilets because they were going to clog soon due to the chemicals in the water and he was able to clear the sink. My friend did indicate the toilets were at least 20 years old. He was very nice and polite and his rates are very reasonable. I highly suggest giving him a try! Thank you Luis!

Luis installed a replacement water softener for me. He communicated clearly his cost up front and offered many start time options for the first date he was available. Work was completed in a professional and timely manner. I'll keep Luis in mind for future plumbing projects and highly recommend.

Called last minute for a water valve issue. Luis with Pro Flow was very responsive and fixed our issue. He was very professional and kept the work area clean. Will def call Pro - Flow if we have any other plumbing issues

Luis did a great job. He answered all of my questions and was able to get the bathtub drain replaced. He also replaced an old faucet with a new one and drain all in less then an hour. I will definitely work with him again.
