Shimi T.I used Pro-Fitt Plumbing services for the 6th time in the last 2.5 years. This time it was a major gut renovation job of a conversion from a garage & enclosed patio into a 3BR/1Bth ADU unit. The unit had to be completely re-constructed for plumbing, installed with kitchen/laundry/bathroom fixtures & sewer, and the ground plumbing had to be entirely installed & connected to the existing city sewer system. As usual, Rudy and John and their assistants did professional job, their work met the City Standards and it was approved by the City Inspector. They are responsive and also great to work with. I highly recommend Pre-Fitt Plumbing for plumbing works.

Extremely unprofessional, they made my plumbing worse and promised to come back to fix it everyday for a week straight but never showed up. Everyday there was a new LIE of how they couldn't make it but for sure would come the next day, nope...got tired of their lies and hired somebody else who is reliable and honest.
STAY AWAY, you've been warned.

Lisa L.Woke up to a water leak that the water meter, the city came out and determined it was on the homeowner side of the meter. In a panic I called john with Pro fitt. John calmed me and he and Rudy were at the house within an hour and had the leak repaired within the next hour. Rudy and john took the time to completely explain this issues to me and the cost of repair was very reasonable. Highly recommend using Pro-Fitt - fast and honest!
