lawn tractor must have knocked the sewer clean out cover off. 3 year old grandson finds open 4"" pipe . Starts dropping sticks, small chunks of wood and dog fetch ball down pipe. I clean out what I can reach. 5 days later (Friday night with an early Hawaii flight next morning) laundry room floor drain backs up. Saturday I get a sewer a camera and power snake. three hours and no luck.
Lots of calls to drain services most don't call back one who does wants $1500 to snake it and bring a camera, no thanks. I get Rick from Prodrain and tell him the story. Rick says I can come do what you did and I won't have any more luck and it will cost you a lot. You need a water jet line cleaner and we can get one there Monday morning ( I do have it slowly draining) Monday Austen shows up and puts in camera,, he says I'm 90% certain I won't clear it, do you want me to try. I tell me yes an hour later with a snake and water jet he gets it cleared. Austen my new hero,
Other choice was a backhoe and a 7' deep hole in my backyard costing thousands of $$
Hawaii flight tomorrow!!!!

Highly recommend Pro Drain. I had called other drain cleaners for a clogged kitchen sink and was quoted outrageous prices. When I called Pro Drain I got a firm quote and friendly response. A clog in the pipes caused our toilet and shower to backup - what a mess! I called Pro Drain and Rooter Service and they sent someone within the hour (they heard the absolute distress in my voice). Adan, the drain technician, was very professional and efficient. He fixed everything quickly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them!

Overall the service was fine and the problem resolved HOWEVER.. the man who cleared the drain used the electrical plug dedicated to my HVAC system. He failed to plug the system back in. Consequently when my system failed to function the following 24 hrs. I called my service company and had to pay $89 to have a person come out point out the problem and plug it in. Unfortunately I had no idea what the problem was or I could have resolved it myself. Pretty irritating on a 90 degree day.

They deserve a 0!!! Had a big underground leak. Went from 300-500 kwh to be 2576 kwh. They sent a guy to fix it. Continued leaking. They sent 2 boys to fix it. Still leaked. I hired another company and it finally got fixed. I have put in several calls to the company with no return calls. My water bill was outrageous since it did not get fixed the first time around. At this point I am thinking I am going to have to take them to court to get any response on this matter! Save yourself a huge headache and go with someone that will do the job right the first time!!!

We had toilet trouble. Terrible trouble. My feet will probably never be the same. Well, Eric from Pro Drain came over, fixed our troubles (blocked old drain that needed clearing with a machine that's above my toilet pay-grade) and then re-seating and sealing said offending toilet. Nice dude. Showed me what was going on. Prices were very fair. Much appreciated that they didn't try to sell me things we didn't need (like a new toilet).

I now visit that toilet just to behold the power of its newly reinvigorated flush.

They came right on time and cleared the clog in our kitchen sink drain line. It proved to be a tricky job...our drain line has multiple traps but the Pro Drain plumber stuck with it and got the water draining again. A very pleasant experience and much appreciated!

This was a full toilet install and the installers arrival was right on the button. Ezra was friendly and knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and kept an ""up"" attitude throughout the installation. It took 1.5 hours and this included all finishing work as well. He took care in the install and finishing. Old toilet and boxing was taken away as well. Even though the install was 130.00 more than Home Depots, the install company they use (Home Depot) has an actual rating of 83% 1 stars. I'd rather pay 130.00 more to see this done right. Also, I was able to to book the appointment for the day after the toilet was delivered. Pro Drain will be my go-to for any and all future plumbing issues.

We discovered sewage backing up out of a basement floor drain. Called first thing Monday morning and Andrea was able to schedule George (founder) out later that day. George came on time and quickly diagnosed and cleared the blockage in our line to the septic tank. Grateful for the quick response and the efficient resolution.
