This company was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I made the appointment online after hours and got a phone call first thing in the morning. Their guy came out the same afternoon (sadly, forgot to get his name), and snaked two shower drains and a toilet for a grand total of $115.

The worker was on time, efficient, and very polite. He wore his clean booties throughout the house and was finished the entire job in about 30 minutes. The process was both quicker and less expensive than any other service we called, and the pipes are now running like a dream.

My husband and I will definitely be calling Pro Drain in the future when we need plumbing help!

We got great service using a plumber, Jason, from Pro Drain, who replaced a garbage disposer and discussed several other plumbing projects looming darkly in our future. He was prompt, efficient and pleasant. I think they mostly do rooter type work though.

Woke up this morning to find three inches of dirty water in my bathtub. Arrrrrrgh! Why does this crap always happen on the weekend? I called the landlord, but of course, no one is answering the phone on a Saturday.

My plumber neighbor recommended ProDrain. I gave them a call and the service technician made it to the house in about an hour. He snaked those pipes lickity-split for the low (weekend) price of $99.

Yay! I was able to take a shower before the stank really started to set in. The tech was friendly, tidy and professional, too. If your drains ain't draining, I highly recommend ProDrain.

We needed a specialized toilet flapper replaced. Normally we'd do this ourselves (have done it for our other toilets) but this one was different. The guy came out one day right on time and said he needed to order it specially since it was unique. So we rescheduled and he came back again right on time and fixed it in less than half a hour. Super friendly and even showed us how to replace the toilet handle since he suspected that might go out in a few years. Will definitely use them again if we need to in the future!

We live in Southwest Portland. We had a main sewer line back up, making virtually all of our plumbing unusable. I called at 7:00 PM. If they didn't come tonight, we would have had to move to a hotel. Kyle said that he would be here at 8:00 PM and arrived exactly on time. It wasn't immediately apparent where the problem was so he sleuthed it out and figured out we actually had two blockages. He cleared both and explained what I might do to prevent the problem going forward. The price was less than I was expecting it to be.
