ProDrain was amazing! My wife called for a plugged drain and we got quick service. Our drain technician, Chris Terrones, was amazing and even arrived early. Chris was super friendly, professional, wore a mask, and left a clean area. I would highly recommend ProDrain! They were affordable and great to work with. Chris did a great job! Thank you!!!

Not that pleased. Plumber diagnosed my problem due to old, corroded pipes. Okay. Could possibly change an angle pipe (?) but no guarantee that would help. Okay. Then didn't want to go into crawl space to turn off water to my individual unit. Wanted to turn off water to all 5 units in my block. No. This is a condominium. It it against our rules to do that without giving notice. (Also didn't remove shoes when entering. ) When I made original contact with the company I was trying to find out if my water heater needed draining and I still don't know after the plumber thought my 20 plus year old water heater was new. I have had better service with this company in the past.

Called to get my shower/tub drain cleared. Because it was just an unclogging, they had a technician available the same day. Chris, the technician, came over early - he called ahead though, and was very professional - and got it taken care of in virtually no time. He was also able to identify the problem with the stopper, and though it couldn't be repaired by him, he removed it completely for me. The $115 they charged I think was the going rate before their fee increase (per what the person on the phone told me) but I would definitely recommend their services for simple clogs where retail mechanical solutions no longer adequately clear drains.

I was that annoying customer and ProDrain handled it like a champ and true professionals- especially Kelli in the office. I was selling my home and on a tight time crunch. Kelli helped me get an appointment in before my deadline and answered my (and my buyer's) million questions. I constantly needed quick responses and quotes for potential additional work and Kelli was so responsive and helpful. She really helped me make sure the sale went through. The two plumbers who did the work were great and put in a long, full day in my tiny crawl space to get the job done. Plumbers aren't someone you want to have to call, but I will without a doubt call ProDrain in the future if the need arises. After less than 15 minutes and $105 my in-laws kitchen drain was unclogged. The technician used a 75 foot auger operated by an electric drum. These machines can cost well over $400. I bought a 15 ft hand crank auger, but didn't know how deep the clog was. I'm grateful I was referred to ProDrain by a friend. I called ProDrain on Tuesday, they were available Thursday morning to unclog the drain. The technician also spotted cracked seals on top of the roof and took pictures for us. I am very satisfied with their service.

Got really great speedy service from Pro Drain. My land lord call them for a plumbing emergency. They worked us into the schedule at an overtime rate, no problemo. Chris came out and worked his magic replumbing and 100 year old bath tub. Every thing works like a dream now. Thanks guys!

Two of our sinks were giving us trouble. My husband tried but it was beyond his expertise. I called first thing in the morning and they had Chris T. to our house just after 9 AM. Wow!!
