The counters we ordered were too long. Pro Plumbing contacted someone who came right a way and cut our counters to fit.

Two bathrooms with four faucetry sets were installed in less than 48 hours (remember, our counters had to be cut midway through their efforts.

I requested service for a tiller backed up through my home warranty. I received a call from the plumber that was able to come earlier than scheduled. Great customer service! They are fast! Pro plumbing has the best workers ever ! Joseph from their company did such a great job he actually saved my life and my kids life. Our swamp cooler went out on a Thursday due to another companies neglect and Pro Plumbing was called and they came out and they turned our swamp cooler back on for us. I would never use this company again. I hired them to put up a fence they put the fence up it looked fine at 1st and then Majority of the board's Bode because they didn't put the middle brace on. They did come back out replace the boards but they did such a c***** job and split probably half my boards by screwing too tight. My fence has a mixture of nails and screws bentwood split. The width between the boards aren't even consistent part of my fence is tight. The other part is probably a 1/2 "" Between each board I can see into my next door neighbor's yard but they think they did a great job.

We hired Pro Plumbers for a black water leak in our house. They were very knowledgeable. Kevin is a great guy to work with. Very honest and professional. What we had been told would be a $400 job only turned out to be about $150. Great company and great employees. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Had leaking evap cooler. They scheduled same day. Were in and out with the fix. Answered my questions about maintenance. But had a different issue the next day. They came again and quickly fixed this problem.

We discovered a hot water leak under the slab of our kitchen during the Memorial Day weekend. We called around with little hope of catching a plumber at home during a holiday weekend. Pro Plumbing answered and sent someone over within 2 hours to inspect the leak. If you know Ridgecrest, no one ever responds that quickly. The plumber confirmed the leak and said someone would be at our house the next morning to begin the work.

The next morning the plumber showed up ready to work. Again, this is Ridgecrest; no one ever shows up when promised. We were shocked that they were that reliable. They completed the job the same day at a very reasonable price. We had a similar leak in our bathroom about 10 years ago that was repaired by a different plumbing company; that was a complete disaster that cost a small fortune back then.

We hope to not have another plumbing problem. But if we do, we will reach out to Pro Plumbing
