I was assigned Pro-Connect thru Fidelity Home Warranty. Carlos was great. Replaced my disposal in no time. Was knowledgable and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company. I never give much weight to negative reviews. You NEVER know ones motives, AND/OR intelligence. Most people nowadays feel completely entitled and the most minor blip causes a total meltdown.

Waited from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm... the plumber didn't show up or even bothered to call. Such a waste of my Saturday! I called their office about it today and the lady there didn't even apologize but instead went on with wanting to reschedule for next Saturday, again between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No way! I'm letting my home warranty insurance know so they stop sending these clowns to do work for them. Pro-Connect... it's very rude to let people wait the whole day and not show up!

Beware homeowners! This company does not honor it's contracts with customers or insurance companies. They lack professionalism and good customer relationship skills. Called for service on a hot water tank and was given an appointment one week later! Call a company that will respond with courtesy and promptness expected in the industry.

What kind of company says they'll be there between 8 & 5???? So, I'm supposed to stay home for 9 hours on a Saturday, because you might come at 8 or you might come at 5. That's so inconsiderate & ridiculous! That time frame doesn't make ANY sense.

I had the pleasure of meeting Robert yesterday on a service call. He was dispatched by our home warranty company Fidelity to identify and locate a possible slab leak under our newly purchased home. He arrived cordially on-time and presented himself very professionally.

He got to work immediately with his equipment and pinpointed the leak very quickly and proceeded to give me some very good advice on my options for repair. He was very knowledgeable in his advice and carefully considering the fact that I had recently laid down new flooring. He was very calm and reassuring and very understanding of our situation. He even gave me some pointers on water savings while we wait to do the repair work. I would recommend him to anyone and will be using his company to do our repair.

Called them out to fix a leak under a house. I told the receptionist ""Ms. Lupida"" twice, very clearly. ""Send someone slim because the access is small"". So she sent the biggest plumber she had and of course he could not fit under the house. The plumber was very nice, but he was just too big and did not want to do it. The opening is 14 1/2"" x 12"". I saw two termite guys crawl threw it just a month ago. The appointment was made five days before they came out. That is five days without water. Fidelity National is the insurance company that referred them. Reading another low rating comment here, they mentioned Fidelity National also.

Had the privilege of getting to meet Carlos as a result of a plugged drain. Called my warranty company who dispatched Pro-Connect, after reading the other reviews I was somewhat concerned about the service I was going to receive. I can say that both my wife were quite happy with his attitude, experience and timeliness in getting the job completed. He explained what he was going to do and how to make sure that we don't have issues again. I would have no problem calling them out again.

This review is mainly for Robert. I am very displeased with his service.

I've had two toilet leaks and one ceiling leak problems to fix. Pro-Connect Plumbing was dispatched by American Home Shield. He did a good job on the ceiling leak and one of the toilets (I will give him that).

The main issue I have with Pro-Connect is when Robert came back to my house for a recall because one of the toilets was still making a leaking sound. The toilet does not leak 24/7, it leaks sporadically throughout the day (which is why I recorded a video of water squirting under the fill valve on my phone). He said he cannot replace parts if it does not leak in front of his face (Ummm how am I supposed to control the time of the leaks...?)

I think he should have replaced the fill valve because the water keeps leaking out of it, but he replaced the flapper the first time he came. He told me I would have to pay 75 dollars if I want the fill valve replaced... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? if he had diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts correctly the first time, the toilet would not be leaking still!!!

He just cared about getting paid. He even told me he would replace the entire toilet, only I would have to pay out of pocket!!!
Robert seems to have gotten frustrated over the situation. He raised his tone of voice and displayed a rude demeanor. He definitely has an attitude problem.
He specifically said, ""who is going to pay me? the insurance will not pay for it. I don't work for free."" And there he went. My toilet is still leaking.

I had to reschedule all my plans for this day to wait for Pro-Connect only to waste a whole day with the toilet that is still leaking because he diagnosed it wrong the first time and won't own up to it.

I wish that I had control over which company American Home Shield sends over. I guess cheap hire means crappy service as well.
With so many 1 stars, I would think the company would look into their problems, but I guess it does not matter to them as long as they get $$$ from home warranty companies.
