My water broke I called it into my home warranty they sent out Ben from Pro-connect. He told me the warranty co would probably only authorized parts before a complete replacement and that could take days...I asked Ben to do what he could to get it going ASAP and he called the water heater company early enough to send me parts over night then Ben managed to fit me in the next day and repair my water heater!!!!!! He was very professional very nice guy!!!!!

I woke up this morning to a puddle of water on my kitchen floor March 16,2018. Called pro connect Yorba Linda & they said they would be out between 11:00 & 1:00 that same day. Of course it was a Friday & I thought for sure I'd have to wait till Monday. They were right on time & Robert came to the rescue. He was so efficient & self conscience of keeping the area as clean as possible. Put many drop cloths, on the floor and stove. If you've ever had a ceiling leak you know they may have to put many cuts in the drywall to find the leak. Robert made sure he made the least amount of cuts. We had turned the water off & when he turned it back on, of course it no longer leaked. Isn't that always the case. Have no fear though,Robert figured out where the leak was. It ended up being upstairs under one of the bathroom sinks. He knew exactly what sink it was, he made one cut in the dry wall underneath the sink and that's where the leaking pipe was. He fixed it & we are grateful. They are very honest & do only what's necessary. Be sure to ask for Robert to be your technician he knows what he's doing. You won't regret having pro connect to fix your plumbing problems.

My homeowner warranty company subcontracts Pro-Connect Plumbing & Rooter to come out to check out my bathroom hot shower low pressure issue. The serviceman refused to open up the shower snout and handle but insisted that my galvanized plumbing needs to be re-piped. He didn't do anything at all except turning on the shower for a split second. The following day my neighbor who happens to be a plumber contractor (too bad I got him to come check out the shower too late) replaced my shower cartridge and it worked great. Please do not use this company.

I had my water heater replaced a couple of weeks ago through Fidelity Home Warranty. Ben was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and explained in detail what was covered by the warranty and what was not. He did an excellent job installing the water heater to code and even cut the existing straps I had to fit the new water heater to secure it.

Thank you Ben Garcia he was very professional and had my water heater out and even wrote down on my heater when to have my water heater flush to extend the life span on it. When using my warranty company I was a little confused but he explained in detail how the warranty companies work. Thank you very much Ben .

Home Warranty sent Pro-Connect out. The tech seemed confused when he was told he would have to go under the house to look at the problem. Long story short...told Pro-Connect to leave and walked away from the home warranty company. Both companies were a waste of time and money. Need plumbing in LA/OC? See my review for Drain Kings.

I was afraid that I will get into a tussle with them since their past reviews are a reason to be cautious. They came in 10 min late from the slotted time which is a two hour window. Robert seems to have done a good job so far, this remains to be seen. He did not want to address my water heater problem nor my water leak to the dish washer, "" I was not told about it "", even though I explicitly described this to the home warranty company.

The guy asked me to sign a waiver removing him from any liability of any damage he does within my house or he wouldn't do the work. I have a home warranty which covers the work and they require a liability insurance. Then he tried to charge me. Absolutely wrong! I don't recommend this company.

Back in 2012 they came out for water heater issue after only living in home for 4 months sent by home warranty , blamed us for pilot burning out saying it was too dusty in our closet where water heater is at. Ordered parts came back 3 days later didn't install parts right. Said parts defective. He left after order another pilot assembly. Smelled gas leak after coming home later that day. Shit gas off Called another plumber out installed pilot right, no gas leak after that , and was told that the pilot on our unit goes out around 8 years on water heater pos brand that we have.
Felt they were trying to take is to the cleaner with bs charges 150 bucks to use shop vac to vacuum dust around vent. Barley any. When he called the home owners warranty he kept say bs key words to operator on phone to get permission to service water heater. Kept blaming dust for pilot burning out.
