Robert and the team were super helpful in working with us and our home warranty company to fix our water heater. There was a lot of back and forth because multiple companies were involved (home warranty, plumbing, plus the manufacturer), but they stuck with us and fought to get our water heater fixed fast. I know everyone is frustrated with American Home Shield (AHS) for the contractors they send out. I am too. I know AHS uses a lot of shady contractors that scam and lie but please know your contract before you call for service. I think a lot of negative reviews (not all) are because the customer doesn't understand what's covered and what's not.

I called AHS this morning for a plumber and they wanted to send a contractor that had MANY complaints with the BBB. I told them I wanted someone else because of this, they told me Pro-Connect was available and I told them I would give them a try. I'm glad I did!

Carlos came out a couple hours after I made the appointment. He was great. Super kind and honest. He looked it over and then decided he prefered his supervisor take a look at the problem. In comes Robert about an hour later. Again, another good guy that was honest. I even told him my frustration with AHS and he gave me some solid advice.

If you get Pro-Connect thru AHS, you can trust them. These guys will go the extra and let you know honestly what is covered and what isn't. Both my toilets are fixed!

Robert came to fix a couple of our angle stops and he was amazing!! He truly went above and beyond! He was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and guided me through the process of fixing the stops. He answered all of my many questions and was so great to work with. He knew what he was doing and was able to fix them quickly. I'm so thankful that we came across Robert and the company! Robert came to my house the same day I had contacted my home warranty company. I was having an issue in my kitchen and as soon as Robert took a look at it he knew exactly what was wrong and took it up with the home warranty to have it approved on the spot so he could fix the issue right there. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix the issue on 5-10 min after the warranty company approved it. He went above and beyond for me and highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for plumbing services!

Robert is the man! Robert came to my house after I contacted my home warranty company regarding a possible slab leak. He was quickly able to confirm and identify the area of the leak. He provided me options both short and long term to fix the problem. Robert is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. Even good with my kids and was appropriate as a guest/professional in my house.
I was so grateful that Robert took time to answer my questions explain my options. I was super stressed about my slab leak before he came but now I am confident in my options and how to solve my problem.

We had a pretty bad leak with our kitchen faucet so i called pro connect. The woman who answered was exceptionally pleasant and gave us an appointment the very next day with Robert and his son Rich. I can't recommend Pro-Connect enough! I first used their services about 7 years ago for a leak in my kitchen. Robert was the awesome plumber who came out. He was honest - even kindly explaining that another plumber I had out for an estimate did not tell me the truth about something. All these years later, I used their services again a few weeks ago through my home warranty company. Carlos, who was amazing, came to fix a slow drain in my bathroom sink. Most recently, just last week, my old water heater finally broke and I had to have a new one installed. My home warranty company sent a company out I did not find reliable. I was offered to go with their company (which would take 3-5 days) or receive a pay-out that would cover a good amount of the installation. Although I had to pay more, I wanted to go with a reliable company, so I took the pay-out and called Pro-Connect. I couldn't believe that I called around 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. and had Robert at my house in about 2 hours or less. Within a few hours, I had a new water heater installed! Carlos also came briefly to assist Robert with the installation. This is a great and honest company that responds quickly. I now have their business card on my refrigerator, since I know who I will call first in the future.

I got connected with them through our home warranty. Robert came out and did several jobs and I had to get some work done that wasn't covered by the warranty. Robert does really good quality work, is honest and upfront, and takes time to educate and work with his customers. The one difference that I like is they quote a flat rate for a particular job whether it takes less time or more that's what they charge. I personally like the flat rate even if they get done faster because I have several previous plumber experiences where all of a sudden 2 hours turns into 4 or more. Not with Pro-Connect. The bill is what it is. I will continue to use Robert at Pro-connect in the future and would recommend them.
