Amazing team! Called today to get a quote and they were able to come out and repair all in the same day. Literally the job was done within an hour. I had a leak coming out from one of the pipes outside of my house. Turned out to be from an old AC cooling system which I didn't need any more since we changed our AC unit a few years back. I will definitely hire them again. Super knowledgeable, professional, fast work and took time to explain the root cause of the issue & how it was going to be fixed. Thank you so much Jose!! You are a super star.

Roderick came to my house in Parkland to look at my bathtub that was leaking and slow drain. Two other plumbers and one handyman stated that the leak could not be fixed to my tub and that I had to break a closet wall to change some pipes. Roderick fixed the problem in 20 minutes after three years of living with a slow leak. Before you take any persons advice that is something can't be fixed get a second opinion or third opinion as I did and I'm very happy with Pro Bowl Plumbing and I highly recommend them!!!!

Teníamos un problema en el baño, salía agua por una pared que no debe tener ninguna tubería, así que era un misterio de donde venía el agua. Llamamos a esta compañía y por el servicio por hora cobro $175. Luego de dos horas de revisión y me dijo el plomero JJ no se de donde viene el agua. Desesperada le dije mira pues el agua sale de algún lado porque no levanta el inodoro. Y me dijo ok pero la reparación le va a costar. Ya a ese punto que más le podía decir. Que no había problema. Resultó que había agua empozada debajo del toilet y una posibilidad que hubiera filtración debajo de la cerámica del piso. Lo reparó y luego vino el pago además que me cobró las 2.5 horas a $175 +$65 Materiales eso fue lo acordado me cobró $45 mas por TRAVEL CHARGE Que es esto???? $45 es decir esta compañía quiere hacer el servicio desde su oficina porque si va donde está necesidad, cobran el travel charge?? Más servicio por hora -que no es barato!-No hay derecho. Esto es un abuso.

If anyone is looking for a trust worthy and reliable company. Pro bowl plumbing is spectacular. Had to replace my water heater and they came out the same day and gave a price before they even saw the job and they stuck to the price regardless of having to replace extra pipes. Absolutely amazing job and they even clean up after themselves!

Trustworthy and fast and honest!!! I needed a plumber straight away for an emergency, Pro Bowl plumbing not only accommodated me but didn't charge to come out for the for the visit. Turned out I was able to fix the leak just as they arrived. Jose told me I was good to go and was friendly and courteous! Will be most definitely call them again!!!!

Pro Bowl Plumbing installed a water heater in my mother's condo last year. Several weeks ago the hot water heater stopped working, a smell emanated from the wiring, and the breakers tripped. A contractor came in, immediately saw the problem, and identified it as poorly installed wiring. Not only did it cause the afore mentioned problems, it also created a fire hazard. I would never use this company again, due to the incompetence of the workmen, creating a fire hazard, as well as a lack of hot water in the home of an elderly customer.

If you're a dad and you're out of town and your daughter needs a plumber look elsewhere. First they had an easy to locate service leak. The ground was saturated at point of break. They replaced less than a foot of 1"""" PVC and would need 2 repair couplers. The material cost would be less than $3.00, labor less than a hour. They charged her $500. You'd think they were lawyers specializing in highly complex intellectual property theft. To add insult to injury, they said they would have to get a sprinkler feeder line out of the way. Instead of cutting it they snapped it, breaking it at the 1-14"""" X 1/2"""" tee. Seeing zoned sprinkler pipes are often laid on top of each other, this will require me to dig a hole deep and wide enough to cut the bottom pipe without damaging the top pipe. This repair will take much longer and cost more than the service line repair in materials. My daughter is a very independent young lady, I take pride in her trying to take care of things. However, you can tell she doesn't know anything about plumbing, therefore, she is easy prey for those so willing to take advantage.

Oh dear. So I called them in after my previous workman left me without water. They came quickly and I now have water in the house, hence the two stars. But... two hours on a job that should have taken one hour because the plumber kept breaking the pipes (and they charged me for this)? And I have been left with a kitchen with only a trickle of water from the taps - Definitely caused by this plumber because the water was not only good before this point but poured out immediately after the incident was fixed. He then tried to sell me more work and a new tap. He told his bosses about this - and no one offered to fix it. Overall - not a great experience and I'd advise you to look elsewhere.
