Overnight my backflow pipe broke the city informed me that I have 72 hours to fix it if not they would shut my water down, there are four restaurants on my property so I had to do something quick I called pro backflow and spoke with Jaime within three hours it was completely fixed great communication, he informed me exactly why it broke took several pictures and was fixed the same day

Annual prevention test! Wonderful service. Fair price. Prompt timing. There was a cancellation and they offered to come in the morning but I was happy to keep my afternoon appointment. Very considerate! I will definitely hire this company every year!

Excellent company! The technician, Jaime was knowledgeable with backflow plumbing and honest with the diagnosis of the problem and gave a very reasonable price. He showed the broken parts and took before and after photos of the parts replaced.
I would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again.
I called several plumbers before calling Pro Backflow and they couldn't do the job because backflow repairs have to be done by a certified plumber by the City and they are required to send a report to the City afterwards.

Jaime came to check out our backflow system within a few hours, he's very honest and straight to the point, he suggested to remove a few things and try to clean out system first before we even waste all kinds of time and money trying to replace the whole unit (originally got a quote for $1300 from another repair company). Took like an hour and the job was done and it only cost us $65 and the system stopped leaking, that's right...we saved $1235. Loved the service, highly recommended!!

My friend runs a Hair Salon in Rowland Heights, and her Backflow Test was due in November 2019 but she overlooked the notice until the Salon received the Final Notice from The Rowland Water District. I looked up from Yelp and find Pro Backflow, and explained the situation and urgency to Jaime. He came before noon the same day and conducted the Backflow test. He came on time, and perform his work professionally. At the end of the day he sent the report to The Rowland Water District and copy me and avoid the water shutoff by the authority. Their service is highly recommended.

I have been in my home for 17 years and have always had the same plumber do the Backflow Test as of last year my guy let his certification go, which had me go on a hunt for a new one. I don't know how I got so lucky to not only find this new new company Pro Backflow Testing, but one that answered the call so promptly, was very polite but also beyond accommodating. There was nothing but professionalism and the best part... he had it done within 3 days and kept me updated the whole time on his arrival. I called at least 7 company's and only 2 answered and have yet to receive a call back from the others.
I definitely am 100% satisfied, pleased, grateful and very impressed with this company and will now be my GO-TO Company!!
