Review: Jamie is amazing! Not only he responded my initial phone call right away, but also he scheduled my appointment the second day and showed up on time. He is very knowledgeable and professional, he explained the whole testing process to me and showed me how we pass the testing. And he is very honest, while other company came to say that they can't perform testing due to the shut off valves are broken, Janie examined it and said it is not broken, just missing the handle, and he can still perform the testing, which saved us $700 to replace valves that are charged by the other company! I'm glad I found Jamie and his company, he will be my to go guy every year for back flow testing!

Great service, great value, and clean work. It's easy to see that up to now everyone here on yelp is in agreement that Jaime is a great plumber, no question about it!
But I would like to kick this review up just a notch. You see I've been dealing with Jaime now for about 3 years, and every single time we've interacted he has been a great ""human being"" polite hard working, pleasant to deal with and going above and beyond the call of duty is the norm for him. Jaime has saved our congregation hundreds, if not thousands of dollars by giving us great advise and providing his services at incredibly reasonable rates, if it were possible for me to give him 10 starts, I certainly would. After getting terrible unresponsive service from my previous backflow company, I am so glad I called Pro Backflow! Jaime was quick to reply and work on my problem!
